This is your first video for a song from the 2nd album, Queen of the Murder Scene. The opening song on this concept album released in 2018, when they were 18,16,and 13. The spoken part is voiced by their manager, Rudy, playing the preacher character. The title track was played here, in that and the Enter Sandman cover, you can see Dany playing the guitar Lzzy gave her. If the album story interests you, the entire QOTMS album was played at Lunario CDMX 2018.
Yeah I guess it is. I just looked at the track listing. I don't recognize any of the songs, but there are quite a few on the list. That's really cool. For a second I read QOTMS as Queens of the Stone Age.

Great reaction. I love this song when someone gets warned the first time. Tell her not to get too far into there catalog if she's going to be one again. Her thoughts on it were good and I'd like to see her react to a Dany lead song too.
Teatro Metropolitan CDMX. That's the best live performance for me. For starters: Evolve, Disciple, Animosity, Amour... just react to the whole show you will enjoy every song
Pau is singing lead here because she plays the sane part of the Queen.
This song is the prologue to the story. It takes place at her funeral, and is being told by her ghost. In it she tells of her path to destruction and warns not to follow her lead. Dany plays the part of her insane side, and the wail at the end is her soul leaving her body.
Some of the songs from this album get performed outside of it, but they have a lot more impact when they're in context of the album.

100% recommend listening to the original album from start to finish. There's aspects of it that get lost in the live versions.

Pau sings lead on about 20% of their songs. She has always practiced singing while doing things like jumping rope or lately running on a treadmill like you said. So she mastered breath control early on. Lately, Ale has seemed to be coming out of her shell on stage. She doesn't like singing lead vocals, though. I wouldn't hold my breath about her doing it on a regular basis. She does fill in when Dany or Pau is ill, though.
Haha maybe one day Alejandra will sing lead on 1 song. Who knows, they have all the time in the world

They were touring with Halestorm as their opening act when Lzzy came on stage during their set and presented Dany the Gibson guitar. Here is a clip of it along with a short interview explaining the story behind it: ruclips.net/video/51dbA0sstSk/видео.html
When they signed with Lava, the Warning and Halestorm where both part of a livestream during covid. The girls played the song Dull Knives (from the Warning cave) and Lzzy took notice expressing the desire to take them on tour. After a few concerts watching them open she told her bandmates that they needed to go practice more because the ladies were killing it!
Hope you'll add Dull Knives (the Warning cave version is my favorite) to the list.

Anything from the Teatro concert is great. "23" is a song sung by Pau in her sweetest voice WHILE PLAYING DRUMS.
I love this song because it highlights their individual talents as well as their collective talents as a group. That opening bass line is awesome. Pau is Pau, she is always killing it. Dany at the end just blows me away.

*Dust to Dust* is the intro song on DPA/TW's "Queen of the Murder Scene" concept album (aka QOTMS)... it is inviting you in to hear the deep, dark, and foreboding story of a young woman apparently in love with someone that doesn't even know she exists... it follows her battles between good and evil over her soul... the Spanish speaking part is their manager, Rudy, playing the part of a preacher at the funeral... translated to English, this is what he says...

QOTMS is one of those albums best experienced by listening to it from beginning to end in order... listening to each of the songs piecemeal and out of order is like trying to figure out a movie by catching a portion near the end, one from near the beginning, and one near the middle... yeah, it won't work out very well...
as a concept album, many of us members of TWA can easily see it as a movie or Broadway stage performance... it is that good and to think it was written by them at a very young age and released as their 2nd album! i mean... whoa! who does that?? 😹

Their manager, Rudy, (with them since they were 11, 14 and 16) does this part on the album, and is used for the live versions, either recorded, or occasional live on stage.

Nice reaction! Mexico City is 2,240m (7,350ft) above sea level and a lot of singers struggle when they perform there for the first time, so being able to sing with so much power while drumming is very impressive.

This was the opening track to their 2018 concept album, released when they were only 18, 16, and 13. They performed the whole album (Live At Lunario) on its debut. The show is legendary - they were already a full-blown professional band at that point.
Pau (POW!) is not only an amazing drummer and singer, but is also the band's primary songwriter, beginning most of their songs on piano before bringing them to her sisters to make them sound like this. They're all amazing artists in their own right.
Are there any performances of her playing piano or is that more of just a rough draft phase of the music planning?

One of the reactions to the second album at the start by Ale and Dani was "Why is there blood everywhere?" Pau blames it on middle school.
@@AceofBadeReacts As a challenge from fans she did a cover of Creep by Radiohead on the piano. That might be a video you want to react to. Just make sure you play it all the way till the end.
@@AceofBadeReacts For some reason there seems to be few really good videos of Pau playing piano live. Black Holes Live @ Dakota Bar is a common one for reactors to do. They're quite young, but it's a great song and performance.
Also Pau did an impromptu version of Creep as a fan challenge on IG years ago that is quite popular.
And of course the others mentioned here as well. Unfortunately the quality of these videos doesn't match the levels of Pau's songs, voice, or performance. Hopefully they rectify that one day.
But Pau sings lead on a few more songs from this Teatro Metro show - 23, Revenant, and Narcisista, and shares vocals on Disciple and Survive as well. All great songs and performances.
She runs on treadmills and sings
Great reaction guys! When Ale (bass & backing vocals) was younger, she was much more prominent in the vocals. She has had a period where she has not been as prominent, but in the latest months she is getting back there again. However, it is a real treat when she takes the lead, normally when one of her sisters need a vocal break. There are no prima donna in this group, they all have their time to shine and they cover for one another when they are sick or whatever the reason might be..

Ale has perfect pitch, but has trouble singing in pitch so she's the first one that knows she's not in tune, and is not excited about this. Hopefully she'll work on it and enthusiastically take lead in the future.
Nice reaction and analysis! About Ale, I believe pretty much every Warning fan wishes she did more singing. In this entire concert, she had the lead vocal on the song Choke for about 10 seconds, and that was the extent of her singing lead. Another thing is that she (or her mic) was very low in the mix for this show, and it made it difficult to hear her at all. Most fans wish that would change too. Her mic mix was much more prominent in the recent MTV VMA awards performance, it was much easier to hear her, and of course she sounded great.

Paulina can be doing a vigorous, very kinetic drum fill and at the same time be singing as if she is standing still in front of a microphone.

The entire Teatro concert is wonderful. Try "Queen of the Murder Scene" from that concert. A very creative banger. Also, like others have said, Ale has filled in when singing when needed, but she's not really a belter. She has some sweet harmonies on "Runaway" from a set they did at Dakota Bar some years back. Another also...if you want to see Pau just pounding the hell out of her drums try "Unmendable" from their 2017 Ted-x performance.

The Concept album Queen of the Murder Scene has many songs that are still on thier play list today, Dust to Dust is the intro where they are reminising at the funeral of a woman who had her obsession with someone from afar spin into a tragedy of longing and madness that eventually led to stalking and murder, Pretty deep stuff from the mind of 16 year old Pau who got her sisters to go along in the creation of all of the songs. Dust to Dust actually began with a bass riff that Ale created when she was 14 and she and her sisters expanded into the finished song. They are brilliant lyrocists and many of the songs from thier other albums concern the dangers of modern technology on individuals and society. Watch the music Video from their first album for the title song XXI Centruy Blood to get an early example of their social concerns , writing and performing when they were very young.. The Song is amazing and the video captures the lyrics perfectly.
That's awesome. I haven't checked out any music videos yet, so I think what I will probably end up doing is 1 cover, 1 music video, and then back to Teatro or another live performance
Since others have mentioned that this is the intro to _Queen of the Murder Scene,_ the next song on the album is 'Crimson Queen'. It introduces the girl's obsession with someone who doesn't even know she exists.

Dany also was gifted a guitar by Matt Bellamy of Muse.
And Dany also plays that one as well. It is a Mustard Yellow Manson, a one of a kind.

It's as if Pau had 2 brains and 4 lungs, to be able to do what she does. Of course, in the history of rock there have been excellent singing drummers, but they are few, a true elite to which Pau belongs.

A once in a generation phenomenon. I flew down with my daughter 2 months ago from Portland Oregon and saw them in Tijuana where they started with Disciple. Ale’s bass kicked me in the chest and knocked me over, then Pau beat me over the head with her drums and then Dany finished me off by slaying me with her guitar and vocals. Once you go down The Warning rabbit hole there's no way out, like Black Holes (which is one of my favorite songs of theirs).

Disciple is a great song. I reacted to it too. One thing I just noticed. Their outfits are different in this one compared to that one, but it said it's the same show. I guess they had a wardrobe change?

I have never believed that Ale is shy. Very introverted certainly. Never seeks attention, only speaks when she had something interesting to contribute. I find her talent and personality utterly captivating.

What's amazing is: they are between 18 and 22 or 23 years old, 10 years playing together, maybe more than 50 songs all made from at TW cave and all the songs are good or amazing. Wow! They are special.
