Here in the U.S., we call it a Twice Baked Potato. You can use seasoned ground beef, onion, chopped tomato, and cheddar cheese for a “Potaco”, as I like to call them! Yummy!!!

Watching on RUclips here in Arkansas USA. Looks delicious! Husband said to remember the recipe so I can make it! I will leave off a couple of things as I either don't like it, or can't eat it. I'd probably try and find a substitute for them. But they did look delicious! We eat lots of potatoes, or rice, so I'm always looking for different ways to fix them.

The scooped out potatoes were mixed in with the onions and meat mixture along with shredded cheese. Then stuffed back into the potatoes.

That was baked potatoes growing up. Grease the outside a little bit and wrap in foil. So good that way, skin ends up a little crunchy

Собрав остатки силы воли,я всё-таки досмотрела этот ,не буду спорить,вкусный рецепт,но я запекаю картофель в фольге сразу с начинкой,любой грибы, мясо,овощи,всё за час пропекается,затем развернув фольгу посыпаю сыром и на 5 мин обратно в духовку

Old fashion spaetzle.Done the way my mother taught me,Lay the dough over the side of the dish and with wet knife slice chunks into boiling warm.Boil till water bubble over.
Fry in sliced onions till a bit brown.Then make a sour cream sauce by using half and half and 1 tables spoon of white vinegar.Drizzle over the spaetzle.Dont dice the onion.Leave long strips.Yummy
Very Nice video, They appear to be Yukon Gold potatoes. A wonderful potato but Russets are much better for roasting or baking. My wife wouldn't like the fatty bacon or the excessive sour cream but it sure is pretty. Good job!
Does look like a Yukon Gold, but I have never seen those anywhere near that large.

The only thing I might do differently is cook off the baking tray and straight on shelf as might get overcooked hard bottom. No one wants a hard bottom! But will try both ways . 😁

With the grease left over from the bacon in the pan, I add garlic powder and then brush out the hollowed out potatoes along with the hollowed out caps. These I broil until toasted and then stuff the potatoes and broil once again. Either I eat the caps as a separate treat or I recap the potatoes. Leftovers are for breakfast, fried in a pan beside fried eggs yum.

Fabulous! I'll have to try it. We can probably get the meat at a nearby Polish deli that makes great sausages from scratch and cures their own meats.
As young children age 7, we baked huge foil-wrapped Russet potatoes on outdoor barbecue grills. Part of the gourmet-class day camp lunches made by our mothers, they were delicious.
The thick skins were bathed in French olive oil before cooking, then buttered, salted and eaten by themselves after the baked potatoes were finished off. I love baked potatoes and still eat Russet skins that way.
I don't wrap my potatoes in foil because I too love a good crispy russet skin. So good!
Have you tried making baked potatoes in your air fryer. I have the Ninja Foodi & I rub some olive oil & coarse salt on the outside. Poke a few holes in it. It takes about 20 minutes & I turn them over 1/2 way through. Crispy seasoned skins & perfect baked potato inside.😙😙😙

I have a similar recipe we use. I find it easier to cook the potatoes in the microwave instead of he oven. It save time and should be cheaper

Very cool, we skip the removing insides, and just mash them all and put them in a crock. I love you the ingredients, I could smell the onion and bacon cooking... DAMN, off to make breakfast. TYVM
It looks amazing, but there has to be quite a bit of filling left over...and the potato "tops." Why not show the tops on the plate with the leftover filling and then add the sour cream mixture. Otherwise, it looks like some really tasty food is being trashed.
