I'm 49 yrs old, woman, taking 10mg-20mg. Lab work was 128ng of DHEA. I felt immediately a difference taking it. And been through every pain management possible to take away my back pain which nothing has worked like it has with the DHEA. Truly impressive! Believe it highly needs to be study for everything for disorders.

Does DHEA always build up and you can cut back after 3 month? In people over 50.

It does build up, and you can cut back, but the timing is always individualized based on the patient symptoms and labs

Wow. This vid showing up in my subs is a frequency. I was JUST thinking last night (technically this morn a bit after 1a) when falling asleep that I should stop my dhea/pregnenolone supps but it's only a 60 day dosage and I haven't been very consistent.
There's a lot to this but I'll leave it there. Just thought this vid was another testament to my constant frequencies.

Can you talk about the connection of dhea, cortisol? I have low saliva dhea 56pg/ml and high saliva cortisol all day dhea-s blood draw ug/dl. I see a lot of people with low cortisol and low dhea but not many talk about low dhea high cortisol. What causes what? High cortisol cause low dhea or low dhea causing high cortisol. Also, what have you noticed with insulin resistance and treating the dhea levels? Also I am a 37 year old female :)

If you are overweight or obese, lose the weight. Cortisol will deduce in the adrenal glands.
