I've had chronic pain in my back for over 13 years and I just started taking DHEA and the back pain is completely gone. I'm amazed
I'm 49 yrs old, woman, taking 10mg-20mg. Lab work was 128ng of DHEA. I felt immediately a difference taking it. And been through every pain management possible to take away my back pain which nothing has worked like it has with the DHEA. Truly impressive! Believe it highly needs to be study for everything for disorders.
I just found this video after beginning my journey of hrt because of menopause and started 5 mg of DHEA and now im on 10 mg a day and feeling great so far in kess than three weeks! even helps with my fibromyalgia!!
Have u tested blood for dhea sulfate to see where u are and have this as ur sweetspot?
I have been taking 10 mg for 6 months and went to 20 mg. It was 120 and now 219. I feel great!
@@marianneporter26 thats still a bit low but ok i guess

Thank you! Just had a Dutch test completed. 39 year old female. Low cortisol, low estrogen, low testosterone, low dhea 😭 no wonder my sex drive is undetectable. I blame covid

Great information! Thank you doc!
What age range are you talking about? How would this play out for men and women in their 50s that live healthy and exercise?

When supplementing dhea and pregnenalone for men how does it effect their other hormone levels? Have you seen anything that seems to be a pattern?
It can in younger patients, but less common in older patients
We can't hear the questions.
i read some where rthat DHEA is bad for prostate health...IS IT TRUE?Pls answer my question and thanks in advance
Don't believe a source you can't remember as you need documentation or your own experience to know. It's a great base supplement which solves a lot of problems.
No
Does DHEA always build up and you can cut back after 3 month? In people over 50.
It does build up, and you can cut back, but the timing is always individualized based on the patient symptoms and labs
D. H. E. A for those over 50 are great. Helps with weight control. Moods muscle strength energy. And sexual interest. It's great.
I'm 57 years old. My DHEA level was 98. Should I be concerned?
Yes
Hi, I’m not looking for medical advice but just wanted to know, if a saliva DHEA test comes back at 2.0 is that considered extremely low?
Yes take Dhea
Wow. This vid showing up in my subs is a frequency. I was JUST thinking last night (technically this morn a bit after 1a) when falling asleep that I should stop my dhea/pregnenolone supps but it's only a 60 day dosage and I haven't been very consistent.
There's a lot to this but I'll leave it there. Just thought this vid was another testament to my constant frequencies.
Wtf is a frequency? Like a radio or something?
@uptamistik Do.some research instead of tryjng to be funny. yet look stupid. Smmfgdh at this society and what ppl learn l to mimic.
Can you talk about the connection of dhea, cortisol? I have low saliva dhea 56pg/ml and high saliva cortisol all day dhea-s blood draw ug/dl. I see a lot of people with low cortisol and low dhea but not many talk about low dhea high cortisol. What causes what? High cortisol cause low dhea or low dhea causing high cortisol. Also, what have you noticed with insulin resistance and treating the dhea levels? Also I am a 37 year old female :)
If you are overweight or obese, lose the weight. Cortisol will deduce in the adrenal glands.
My first time I taking this I have brood when I pee what’s that mean?
If you meant blood, please talk with your doctor about this.
70 yo man, i am taking 100mg per day. I wish to take 200mg for better reult ?
Amusing but this info must be for normal people, its 400 mg for me using labs testing
I take alprazolam and mirtazapine daily.. just wondering if DHEA will interact with these drugs, i did the blood test recently and DHEA sulfate levels is around 170
You'll have to consult with your doctor on that
Never with benzos
