Joseph Mor Gregorios Tirumeni is the Malankara .Metropolita of Jakobaya Christian Assosiation.Though the Supreme Court nullified the Constitution of the Assosiation they can use the
Constitution provided they do not have a claim on the Malankara Jakobaya Suriyani Sabha Churches(But they accepted Malanka Orthodox Sabha Constitution 1934 Constitution in
1934.So the name of the zMalankara zJakobaya Suriyani Sabha was Changed to Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha in 1934)
As a result they can not Claim anv
Churches belonging to Malankara Orthodox SABHA.That is why all the Churches belonging to Mala kara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha governed by 1934 Constitution.So
