It looks most like remake Annette as she had longer hair. DSC was still pretty faithful to RE2’s and I think she only had 1 line in ORC.
There were a hell of a lot of Annette voice lines in DSC though. Hidden files in the game showing phone calls to Sherry telling her to run to the police station. Such a fun game.
I think its Re2R Annette with some voice lines from Resident Evil Resistance (same voice actress)

At 24:16 which room was that? I've never seen it and I've played this game many times.
It's closet, where You can change Your character's costume. It's on the first floor of the Spencer Mansion. There is a room with a huge mirror and two green herbs. It's behind the door next to the mirror. You need to finish the game once, so You will unlock a key for it.

@@natla666atlantis i see. The same room is always unlocked on arrange mode in the Director's Cut version of the game. Maybe I never noticed this room because a lot of camera angles are different.
