  • Of course, I have been inconsistent and binge eating like a maniac for the past 2 months, but its time for a reset! I will be going on vacation soon so it is the perfect time for a body reset. Here is how I combat my bloating and the app I use to train/ workout and track my diet!

    Only people who don’t know nutrition advise to cut carbs to lose “fat”
