Ramaphosa in my opinion is caught inbetween state capture accountability and party politics with Mkhwebane playing for the other team that forces Ramaphosa's hand because Mkhebane has the power to discredit Ramaphosa and his administration hence the need to do what he could have done 2 years ago and a right decision. Yes well the President needs to be investigated but not by a tainted PP who without any doubt fall squarely into the Zuma alliance as far as her political loyalty is concerned. That being the case i would rather have a current or retired judge do the investigation rather than this nasty piece of work. So forget the process and rather call for a commission of inquiry by someone like Judge Koen of the KZN Division of the Supreme Court.
Former Chief Justice Mogoeng must investigate President Ramaphosa. We need someone who is neutral & who is God fearing, who will do a clean job without fear, favour or prejudice. The only competent person to investigate the current president is our former chief justice. He will do a clean job.

The question of timing is constitutionally and legally moot. Infact on all grounds raised by the public protector now reiterated in this program, the decision to suspend her was vindicated.
