I like the "fire" chicken the best, would love to see it at work. The kettle with the flowers reminded me of a Villeroy and Boch china pattern called Old Amsterdam. - It's always a pleasure to see your hauls.

I think your Beta shop in the basement looks great! Regarding color, you'll know when you get in the booth and establish a backdrop etc., but off the bat I'd say the yellow pitcher and the primary colored rolling pins stick out. You might want to homogenize the greens so they're all the same tone. But you know your colors and staying true to yourself is the best course. Good luck!

I've never seen anyone make a bow like that (replacement for wreath) so cute! I liked pretty much everything...even the dog that looks like Shrek! 😉
Well I know those Shrek ears look familiar! 🤣. I know there are better ways to make bows but I just really wanted to use my scrap ribbon so I made it up! 🙋🏽♀️

I think the beta booth looks awesome. Colors catch the eye, and people are loving alot of color this year for spring. Cottagecore comes with a bit more color than say, farmhouse, even though i dont see them as much different. The two can be entertwined easily. But remember, its not ALL about how it looks, its about what people want to buy as well. So the colors catch the eye and create interest, and they are what folks will want for spring. So its a win- win with color in my book.

True about color. I like color but many times I've bought the neutral tones instead because the color wasn't the right color.
That Rooster is not a oil lamp. It will not keep a flame. It is a "Lampe Berger" You fill it with oil..... meant for the Lampe, and light the top, blow out the flame, and it puts out the scent of the oil. You can look it up. But that was funny...

What a great hall. Don’t forget you are going to need a lot of extra for your booth ready to go. If you have a huge sold day you need stuff ready to go.

Hey Heather!! Fun videos. 2 quick ideas. The barn with the chip. I tend to grab a tiny piece of air dry clay, shape it into the chip, let it dry then paint the item. Also, don’t forget it’s super easy to paint a picture matte. Cheap and easy :-)

I don’t know what my favorite thing was.. but i did love that little barn and would have not thought to put the flat clear coat on it and it’s such a simple thing that totally made me love that little barn.

I agree that fire rooster is just so much fun. I'm into purses as well so I did really like the wire purse. Though I really loved that glass chicken laying in the basket, would love to have that.

I don't really have A favorite but, I love the window with the wreath, the candlestick (farmhouse kinda style), the brass candlestick, the chicken wire purse, the pottery pot, all the baskets, the tray, and even the rooster oil lamp. Well, that's almost all of your haul, isn't it. LOL

The Rooster Oil Lamp reminds me of a fragrance oil lamp.. like ones from the old Home Interiors/ house decor home parties.. where you put the fragrance oil in the body, let the wick soak up the oil then you light the charcoal disc.. it doesn't 'flame up' so to speak but you light it to heat the disc up then it emits the fragrance . It's a really cool find!!

My craft supplies are in a closet on two shelves. and everything is crammed in and piled on each other. My husband tried to help but I still can't see my raw materials to start I 'don't know what I have so, therefore, I don't craft.

I liked all of your haul...The rooster lamp is a Berger style lamp.... I think it is called a catalytic diffuser lamp....my favorite thing was probably the enamelware teapot or the ceramic teapot...

I think that rooster is a fragrance lamp, you put a special oil in it a light the little metal thing on top it heats and warms the oil . I t omits a fragance, but there is no fire coming thru his head lol

Why do I feel like we are all sitting on the floor with you drinking coffee/tea and oooing and aahing over your haul? This was such fun!!! Wow, as you mentioned, lots of those items can be flipped as-is or with minor tweaks. OMG, the flaming rooster is simply hilarious. 😂 My absolute fav is the frame that looks like it has a smaller frame nested in it with the old photo of a building. THAT is just yummy. Someone might have written info about the building on the back of the photo. I'd take it out and check. Wish you were my next door neighbor. Thanks for sharing. 💗

It's a cool find whatever it is! A couple of people told me the type of oils I need to get to use it but I haven't pulled the trigger just yet because it's not thrift prices!
For ur booth I think it would be a good idea to swap out ur inventory for each season. I think people get in certain moods based on whatever time of year it is. And about color, u could make vignettes revolving around a particular color in designated areas. Like greens in one spot and blues in another and so on, cuz lots of time people are searching for rando items to suit a particular color palate for their home and bigger display of each color would be an eye catcher. And once they've stopped they can look at all the other goodies. Am I making sense? Also, should I keep my opinions to myself in future? 😆
And you Absolutely have to show us that rooster in use!
