I particularly loved the memorabilia that the album came with. tattoos, a nice photo spread and i believe a poster. Everybody in school knew i was the KISS nut! i was the only one with a KISS lunchbox! haha! yeah that was me.
Many thanks for creating this video. When you paged thru the Evolution of Kiss insert and it got to the Ace page, I paused the video and went back in time to a pivotal moment in my life. Been playing guitar for close to 40 years due to this album.
In Navy bootcamp at the time of Alive II's release. Bought the double cassette. Years later I got the vinyl too and a decade later, the CD. Love jamming to this album on my guitar! Kiss is the reason I became a player. Saw them the first time on the Destroyer tour.
I'm trying to collect ALL the 2014 represses! I think I'll order this one next! I remember buying this Album used along with alive 1 at the pawnshop in 1985 when I was 15, just getting into kiss!
Really cool. I, too, remember opening it and staring at everything in it for hours as a kid. Interesting on this one how record 2 (sides 3 and 4), was in the 1st sleeve of the packaging.
I got this album for Christmas I was 8 had been playing the drums for a year. I couldn't believe I got it for Christmas. I didn't even ask for it. Had 3 older sisters, I would bring ledzepplin and zz top to show and tell on Fridays to play for the other kids 🤠 my 5th grade teacher didn't know what to think of me. She liked when I would bring CCR or Jim Croce. The 70s in CROWLEY TEXAS what a trip! I was already starting to notice the 8th graders getting their asses whipped by the seniors getting them ready for their freshman year. That's right just like on dazed and confused, I lived it in TEXAS. but man I was glad I was a teenager in the 80s the girls in TEXAS unbelievable. My cousin rolland was from California and said it wasn't shit compared to TEXAS girls. 🤠🖕

I remember purchasing the Same album also attended the concert Kiss Alive 2 at the LA forum age 15 years old. Weighted out back of the LA form to see this limousines pull out there was two limos one for the luggage and the second thing was KISS members. Could I have stopped looking at the pictures on the album
Thanks for posting! Now I know the contents in the album! Just as I remember when I was a kid in the 80's however my uncle is 10 years older & he's got all the OG 70's stuff! Time to order mine on Amazon! Lol.
I own 6 copies of this album...lol..and pretty much the same for every make-up era KISS album..lol... all of them are original..I did wind up getting one of each album when they re-issued them as well..

You really should have left the plastic on the album and put an additional clear sleeve over it.
It lost value the second you ripped the plastic off it (smh) even though it's not an original pressing. Still...
