The Japanese version of Red Dead Redemption 2 has a completely different story compared to the English language versions.
Here, at Toilet Peak, the world's highest toilet, we find Toilet Attendant fretting over the state his latest customer will leave the place in.
How can a man with arms permanently stretched out in front of him perform the basic actions required to successfully visit a loo?
