Tear down the Flash, tear down the old axis chemical building that's been there untouched for 20 years and build a new coaster. There's plenty of room.
Funny thing is that there was a planned Batman dive show that was scheduled to come to the axis arena in 2020 but the plan was scrapped after opening weekend due to covid
Kid Flash was actually the best kids coaster I’ve ever been on, but apparently it literally barely ever works, I was lucky it was open. So yeah Skyline is rekt.
@@illumynarty they didn't "get this far"...that have been working with GCI on massive projects for years lol. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't really care ab kids coasters not working. Their main focus has been with GCI. It was a nice try, but it didn't workout. It's not going to sink the company lol.
@ThemeParksUncovered It gave the park something different, gave park goers a chance to sit in the shade and enjoy a show for 30 minutes. And much better than the ShenaniGuns show.
It's good that Batman is getting fresh chain for the lift hill. Plus, Goliath is FINALLY getting a new coat of paint! With the way the coaster has been looking with all that faded orange track, Goliath sure has been in need of a new paint job for years, and now it's officially happening!
Great video brotha, I’m glad it’s gone because i definitely wouldn’t get on again since having long legs. But we needed new paint badly. This going to be a first of Superman running through Holiday in the Park.
They could have just inverted the colour scheme and made the supports orange. Grey is the worst colour a roller coaster can get. Six Flags as a chain has completely lost its touch for colour schemes.
I was the operator of Kid Flash. It’s a maintenance nightmare!! Every hour, it would break and it’s just unreliable. I just think they should tear it down!
To be honest, I can see Kid Flash being out and replaced with a family Vekoma boomerang. Also think TC is getting a paint job. I saw test paint (light blue) on the catwalk rail while riding.
I think they'll go with the new Zamperla kiddie coaster that Knotts just got. SFOG needs a true kiddie coaster and that's what Kid Flash was supposed to be
Ngl I think they should have re-painted the trains to be turquoise blue and white, but I do see why they didn't do that bc that would cost ALOT! Just to say it, but I've been to Six Flags Over Georgia 7 Times In the past Year, and I've only seen Kid Flash Run 1 Time!
Going to miss Goliath's classic colors. The orange and teal is iconic. A fresh coat of paint was certainly in order, but I don't love the new color scheme. It looks too generic
If Kid Flash is done for good, hopefully that means a new area of land to keep an eye on for a new coaster added. Hopefully a dive coaster can be added by 2027 if the axis arena gets demoed also
If they close Kid Flash, there wont be a thrill ride thats for sure, I can lowkey see a vekoma family boomerang in its place, especially with the merger. Cedar Parks have been throwing these things all around

Bummer, I never got to ride Kid Flash. So sad! Yeah, mixed feelings about Goliath, as long as they are only painting it and not going to do crazy things like when they painted Mindbender then we are all good. Just wish they could get it done during off season. Hate it will be down for Christmas. Thank you for all the information will keep an eye out for more.
My homepark is Great Adventure but my absolute favorite hyper hands down is Goliath Six Flags Georgia. So I am extremely excited to hear it's getting a new paint job.👍👍👍 The Cedar Fair posse did in fact say they plan to spruce up the Six Flags parks, so, while they have that purse open, I hope they slap some paint onto Nitro coz it's lookin' hella ashy. 😳😳😳
That's crazy because Six Flags Great Adventure have got a new train that makes it for and they redone the train over and those colors but never repainted Nitro like they said they would and if you look at the Nitro trains at Six Flags Great Adventure it sounds like the same paint Scheme they're going to do to Goliath unless I'm mistaken
@@Nitro99999 The rumor was that last year, Nitro was originally set to receive a repaint this year for their 50th anniversary, but would somehow get pushed back to next year for unknown reasons
Rumor has it they might take out the old extra cost go carts and expand a new coaster through the parking lot and with the extra room from taking out Kid Flash and maybe the axis building (though that building will probably stay for fright fest) would allow a very extensive layout opportunity. Theme Park Recommendations predicted a year or two ago that something like this would happen and a potential Vekoma multilaunch coaster similar to Abyssus at Energylandia would be put in.
I think that was highly considered before we got Surfer, but that sounds like a great fit to branch out on their launch coaster line up. First a shuttle and then a inversion based and layout focused launch coaster
Looks like Six Flags St Louis got the best Kid coaster of the 3. I could see them putting in another kiddy coaster but likely with cedar fair buying a bunch of verkoma family boomerangs, i would expect it to be one of those, or another junior verkoma. I have never ridden a Skyline coaster, I have seen a few but never one operating. I cant say how it was, but my bet is whatever goes there will be a better ride.
With how short of a lifespan and all the maintenance problems all the Skyline coasters have had i'm surprised they're still in business. I feel like their saving grace could be that they make flat rides to or maybe they're coasters are junky but sale for a really cheap price. If they only made coasters I'd be truly dumbfounded how they'd have made it this long.
Now they need to repaint dare devil dive coaster next it’s color fading too as well plus they fog they used to have on there still haven’t been on since that my question why they don’t use it

I love Goliath and I’m glad the repaint is happening (thanks merger) and I won’t care if i ever ride KidFlash. Only Skyline ride I’ve been on was Tidal Twister and it was one too many.
Skyline strikes again. Should have been a mobius loop or have had the "second lap" been the second lift with you returning to the same station. I think that would have helped.
I’m not the biggest fan of the new colors I’m OK with the blue but I don’t like the black supports I would’ve preferred the original colors but I’m still really happy it’s getting a repaint because it really needed it
Hate it. Goliath's color scheme is iconic. This will absolutely factor into my decision if I were left with a choice between 2 parks: Georgia def getting left out. I don't wanna see it different. The color scheme is perfect. Very bad decision from up top.
I’ve been on Goliath but I find the paint scheme kind of unnecessary, also I don’t think it’s gonna get seatbelts, it’s good for the GP if it gets it but not for us since it slows down OP

Goliath’s new colors look closer to Goliath at the old Six Flags, now Walibi, in Holland.
