Definitely one of the best songs on the album, I love how it is sung. 'The Avalanche' became an all time classic instantly with me.

tunning?
The basic tuning sounds like Standard Tuning with the B tuned up to a C, played with "C" shapes (C, G, F, Dm etc). I think Mike's guitar is tuned down from that starting point with a capo, but I think the general tuning of EADGCE is a good place to start. Hope this helps!
