I think Phil's idea to pull deer into a central location is a wonderful plan!! Just hunt different stands with the changing season patterns. That makes much more sense than a half dozen scattered plots all over creation. He's setting things up to have fairly good results even with his deer desert!! Ok Kapper, hows about you doing likewise??
lol he is mimicking my IL setup. Just some bigger plots that's all. I call the pinwheel. Hunt the center, pull deer in from every direction and stay out of your woods in the fall.
Thank you. We put a lot of time, sweat equity and money into land management for wildlife. It is not just for hunting it benefits the entire food chain of wildlife. Appreciate it

ha! not really. We've lived in several states and that is never the case. There are a lot of wildlife rules, watershed rules, game rules and the list goes on.. Wish it were so though
