This house has a tiny home vibe as well, but comes in over 1,000 sq ft! The manufacturer for this house is Athens Park. The model for this home is the "Country Cottage 18" This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has roughly 1,116 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I realize that you don't get the huge numbers on the smaller homes, but I so so appreciate you showing them to us, Chance. This is a great small home and it's perfect for a single lady like me. I'd make the second bedroom the cat room for my four babies!

I think anyone would much rather live in a home this size rather than an apartment! Because of that, I think it’s priced well considering it has a larger size and great amenities. Thanks Chance for showing us everything that’s out there. ☮️💟 Nana

Ahhhhhhhh yeaaahhhh, Chance!! This is what I’m talking about!! Yeah, keep us smaller to medium size homes viewers in mind when you visit the different sites.I appreciate the built in blinds. Eliminates needing to dust. The extra storage and built-in desk ⭐️🎉Just need a shower/tub combo. This is a great solo-dolo or couples home. #variety #unique

Well just call me Snow White! Hands down the most adorable little house... loved it. And 18ft wide means Willow and Journey can fit down the hall 🐶😀. Add a gas log fireplace to the porch, a wall gas fireplace in the living room, and a wooden venti hood, over a gas cooking stove in the kitchen, and whola🎊-my perfect lake side retirement home. That home is the perfect size for me! Love the hidden trash can drawer. That frees up space for sure. I'd want a tile shub over a tile shower though. The smaller the home, the less to clean is my statement on smaller homes on here. All homes are special in their own way! Thanks for ALL you do!

I would turn that tiny spare bedroom into a room for my parrots!
Being as I would be by myself, I would split that first bedroom in half and use one side as a pantry with an upright freezer and the other half of the room would be for my yarn. I would probably curtain off that little desk area and put shelves in there for another pantry space for maybe small applicances.

Our modular had one of those computer area’s off the kitchen, across the laundry room. We took out the desk, added shelving and installed two (a set like you might find on a closet or pantry) bi-fold doors, because the width is six feet. We went with the 6-panel wood grain look to match the rest of our interior doors. We bought ours in white primer and painted them. You can also stain them with gel stain and a rag to give them an authentic wood look. We now have a huge pantry. The computer nook was a waste of space for us. I guess a minimalist wouldn’t need a pantry and might appreciate the little office area. We have less than $300 in our modifications 🙂
I can't believe how much space this has considering it's a tiny home. It's huge. The small bedroom is bigger than my double bedroom. I love this home. You can't beat a good porch, wish homes in the UK had them.
It’s not actually a tiny home. It’s over 1100 sq ft where the tiny home category is essentially under 700. Some sources say 600.

I see a lot of new hometeaders buying large campers while they are building off grid. I would much prefer this and it would probably be cheaper. Then what a perfect guest house.

I want to say the reasons many folks love these may not be for purchasing (although we could dream) but to get decorating ideas, cool looks that we hadn't thought of before. And doing the single wides or the tiny homes is great, as that also is wonderful for ideas, and gives folks ideas for remodeling their home or building an addition. There are looks that say NO in our minds and ones that holler YES, so this channel is perfect to 'walk through' a few homes a day and get lots of ideas of color patterns, storage ideas, all that. So thank you for all this, I'm loving the tours and I mix it up and I like watching a variety of your videos on all on different sizes and styles.
This is a perfect little home. Lots of room and a nice amount of cabinets. For a retired person this meets all the needs. The second bedroom would make a nice reading room . Thank you Chance another excellent tour. You rock

I'm selling my home in Oklahoma City and moving south, almost to Texas. My sister lost her husband last September so she wants me to set up a mobile home on her place. She's 70 and I'm 74. This home would be perfect for me and my 16 year old doggie. I've watched lots and lots of your videos and I love them all. You know exactly what women want to see in a home tour. I love your "pantry dance" lol I mostly watch You Tube through my tv which doesn't allow me to comment but I can hit the like button., which I do on all your videos. After seeing this video on my tv, I just had to get on my computer to say thank you! Keep up the good work.
I really like this smaller home!! There is more light in the inside than I first suspected when looking at the exterior. It’s roomier too. The desk with its own window is a nice extra touch.

Thanks Chance! This is a lovely small home! Exactly what I'm looking for in a retirement/vacation home. I love that it has lots of windows, a generous kitchen with peninsula, a real dining space with a view, a guest room, and a desk. Amazing use of space! Great for entertaining and living. And the front porch is lovely! I might add a window here and there and get rid of the tin accents, but I love it! Do they make it in a modular?
This is what I've been asking for - bigger than a tiny house, but with tiny house finishing features and generous windows and good use of space in the small to medium size. Thanks for listening. I'd love to see more homes in this class. In my wish list, I'd make the second bedroom slightly bigger so it comfortably fits a queen bed and a second bath. I know Oak Creek makes those, but they don't have this lovely kitchen and dining and desk space.
Love this. Finally a kitchen I like. The fridge is by the stove instead of on the other side of the room!! Love the whole house!

A very well thought out house plan. I love it. The built in desk with room for a small file cabinet is such a great idea. We all need room for a file cabinet to house our paperwork. Love the cathedral ceilings and all the windows. The kitchen is wonderful. I could live here. Perfect for a retired person or couple.

I like the 18 super wides, this one especially. I'm thinking the living room windows behind the couch needs to be tinted but then again you can always add blinds if the sun is beaming too hot.

I went and looked at the 18 foot floor plan, as the plan shown in the beginning of the video says it’s for the 16’ model. This house matches the 16’ floor plan. 18’ plan has no dining area and full size laundry in the bathroom. Both are nice 😊
Those higher ceilings make all the difference in this house. And that extra few feet in width.

when the door opens out you save a lot f inside floor space.
That, and nobody ever kicked a door "out".
It's also better for fire safety
@@patricksteele6616 Someone tried to do that on our doublewide but since the door opens out it didn't budge. They ran when our German Shepherd started barking. Of course our door isn't all glass either for which I'm thankful for :)

My concern is that someone could take out the hinge pins and simply pull the door out of the frame.....🤔

This is my fave tiny house layout so far. It actually has adequate cabinets in the kitchen with enough room for a dining table, living room area was cozy and a decent closet in the master. Super cute

This is a nice house. 18 feet wide adds a lot. I lived in a 14 wide for 27 years. It was great, it is even greater when you add 4 feet! This house is nicely staged. It should help it sell better.
