Real Ruby Found Hiding in these Gravels

- I searched this creek full of river gravels looking for valuable Ruby gem stones.
After processing about 97,000,000 worthless stones, What i found was amazing. 1 Pink Ruby that lights up bright under a UV light.
Although we didnt find a facet quality ruby or sapphire, we did find a nice sized ruby on this prospecting trip.

Nice one, i just came back from a 10 day trip from vic to southern Qld, found opal at Grawen, sapphires at Inverell , ran out of time to hunt for gold , but had a blast. Thanks for the inspiration to do it again😊

Thanks for your video. Now i finally now what i am finding in my river, a lot of little zircons i think.( i hoped it would be ruby) and quartz and a bit of gold. Have zircons any value?

@@BustedknucklesProspecting Thanks, sadly i only found a shitload off tiny ( 2mm) ones. 3 days ago i had one goldpan with more then 150 tiny ones.

Thats pretty cool bud is that just a normal uv light. And rubys glow and garnets dont.?👍⚒️🏴 iv got a few great places to take my uv flashlight out to. Or do other gems glow aswell. ?

I know where that is😉 found a whole bunch of brilliant gems there down river a little ways. There's juicy cracks and holes. Got the bet ones out of holes

You always show where you're at and when you do good you can't blame anyone for going there and "taking your spot" the moment you released the location it becomes free game. Clear a spot out before showing where you are
Or I just don’t show my good spot at all anymore and just show the shit spots in known areas to throw everyone off 👍😉.
