Nice straight forward video. Actually using one of your fieldpiece vacuum pumps today. I’ve used JB for many years along with NAVAC. Always like trying new products along with hearing from actual technicians on their pros and cons. In this industry, sharing information is very beneficial. Have a great day. 🤙
Thanks for the video guys looks like I'll be buying this pump a little ahead of schedule seeing is someone help themselves to my tools over the weekend
Just curious, does the new wireless vacuum gauge withstand positive pressure? In your demonstration you didnt have anyway you isolate the gauge, in that case if you remove gauge before you break vaccum, you technically are introducing contaminates into system...
How does one go about getting one of those camo FIELDPIECE ball caps 🧢? If you say I need to buy something FIELDPIECE, I own almost everything you sell. 🤣 I just bought this vacuum pump too.
@@FieldpieceProducts I have a question I bought a dr82 leak detector and it doesn’t seem to be very good the old slr seemed to pick up better any recommendations
When I read the manual it said for best results open gas ballast until it's around 3000 microns, then close to pull a deeper vacuum, yet this isn't one of your tips?

I’ve used the gauge numerous times. No issues when introduced to positive pressure.
Omg when he said “up and down those ladders” I could feel the pain in my feet
That vacuum struggled turning on. I’m playing I have the same vacuum I love it.
I'm curious. Is 230V 60hz product coming out?
Is it okay to run pump while changing oil like in video ?
Yes lol. He just done it in the video. As long as you do it within 30-45 second it won’t hurt it

Can you get a adapter to hook u phone vehicles?
This is not a toy
This pump is too big ! Where we going to store this in our trucks?
He reads the book
Yet doesn't know anything
Do not remove the core valve on the liquid line service port leave it in with the micron gauge just remove the valve core on the suction line port
Unless you have a second ball valve. Then you put the micron gauge on that
So… trublu kit, got it.
Field piece makes a big hose too. But I have the tru blue. Shits bussing. Pull 15 ft of 3/4 down in about 5 mins.
Going to juice that micron gauge no way to isolate it when you break with refrigerate

It won't mess the micron gauge at al
You just need to use a ball valve.
