For Christmas, or actually any time, I would like those who have, to share with those who don’t. Rather that be a meal, a warm sweater, gloves, socks or just some time. Those things are very special to those in need.
My Christmas wish is for my family and friends to have a safe and healthy holiday. A few patterns or floss would be nice too.
I love your ideas about cute needle minders, and I recently searched online for cute scissors. I found and ordered them! Cute bunny scissors, the handles are a long skinny bunny, beautifully made with a lifetime warranty. Project bags are another nice gift to receive too!

And always something new for the kitchen. Pioneer Woman has some beautiful casseroles and Christmas dishes out right now.

Thx for the video Holly. So glad you love your new job. On the piece that bled. Happened to me on a Shepherd’s Bush design. Same thing. Ironing. Mine was red though. I called Shepherd’s Bush. They suggested filling a bowl or sink fill of the coldest ice water. Put your whole piece in there. Keep refreshing the ice cold. I mean I threw ice cubes in there with the cold water about every 30 mins to an hour. It worked! Took a little patience! But it absolutely took that stain out!
It’s so good to see you again. I always enjoy seeing what you have been stitching. Since I am organizing my craft room, I have asked for a shelving unit from Target just like the one Jessica, the Sweetwater Stitcher has in her craft room. I also would like a Halo Go light along with some new house slippers.

I would love a counter top ice maker. I got part of my Christmas early. My hubby bought me a new I-Pad and I got Markup R-XP so I can keep my cross stitch on it. I absolutely love it. It has been a huge game changer.

This year for Christmas I'm asking my husband to buy my plane ticket to Mackinaw City for a quilt retreat with my blogging quilting friends. I haven't seen them since we retreated in 2009 and I am planning to go to retreat with them in May. Happy Birthday/Merry Christmas/ Happy Anniversary Month to you.
Love your shirt! Your Blackbird stitches are so pretty! I'm not to good at giving my family a wish list, my oldest daughter puts together a family calendar for me each year. I have told them I would be happy with just that. I usually get Pandora charms, my girls started my 1st bracelet in 2004. An obsession for sure!
Hi Holly! I am a new subscriber. I have just returned the cross stitch hobby after over twenty years of a break. I love knitting, crochet, quilting and tole painting. My husband enlarged my craft room 2 years ago when I retired so I am blessed. One thing I am researching to put on my Christmas list is a strong light so my night time cross stitching can be easier on my eyes. I think we forget about proper lighting(it's so practical :) )I am now looking back at your other videos. Congrats on your new job.

Hi, Holly! Glad to hear that the new job is going well. Love the shirt! I can relate to finding a shirt with your name on it. My middle name is Joy, so I love to find things with that word on it at this time of year. Besides cross stitch stuff (which I think my Black Friday shopping might have to be part of my Christmas present!) I sent photos of two things to my husband. Vera Bradley made a Buffalo Bills backpack purse and there is a new game called Really Loud Librarians (made by the exploding kitten people) Both of those things suit me to a t!

So happy to see your video, you always do such a good job!! The only thing I've come up with for an idea for me is new earrings (my puppy chewed my favorite pair while in my ears!!) or seasonal watch bands. Good luck with your list!

For most of my life I never got Christmas gifts because we don’t have a lot of money or we would get a family gift. In my later years I just get my own gift because I raised a lot of ways and they don’t do gifts.

I’m asking for a new floor lamp to put next to my living room chair. I want an LED lamp that is not huge an obtrusive as most do not fit into any decor!😂 I’ve been doing some research and I think I may have come up with a couple to choose from.

I usually ask for Gift certificates from 123 Stitch. This year my husband put his foot down and said you need an Apple Watch- okkk LOL.
Welcome back! So glad you love your new job! This is my first year keeping a stitching calendar and I have really enjoyed the Book of Days. I've already got the 2024 Book of Days and starting to make stitching plans for next year, but the one thing that would be a nice addition to my calendar is a Kodak pocket printer so that I can take pictures of my finishes and print them out as stickers to add to each month's pages.

Hi Holly! All of your finishes and wips are just beautiful. You've done a wonderful job on them. When you held up The Unbroken Song I said Oh! out loud. I was just thinking how I would love to stitch that pattern when you showed the book it's from... which is sitting right next to me on the couch 😊 Like you said, it's hard to see the piece in the picture. I have only been stitching for about a year, so I just recently purchased my first 3 Blackbird books. I love the colours you used for that project. Is it possible to share your conversion? I would also love to know what you used for Every Opening Flower. I know you are busy, so no worries if you aren't able to! Enjoyed your video and love all your WIPS. Don't know if you have this already but a DMC Stranded Cotton Shade Card that has all the colors of DMC on it is great. I know you like to change colors on your patterns, so this is quite helpful. I love mine.
My mom and husband have both complained about my wish list content. Other than perfume and cross stitch/quilting supplies I asked for money for a retreat. Hope you come up with something more creative!
My birthday is in December (4th)…..as a kid I always got jipped! 😂 Since I am a mature woman now, and don’t really need anything, I always ask for gift certificates….to restaurants, a spa, hair salon, and of course to Fat Quarter Shop. And when all else fails, jewelry always works. 🤔🤔🤔👍
My birthday and 2 of our children’s are in December.
