I have entered in the TX state fair this year and I love getting to see everyone also entering in their local fair. I brought home a couple of blue ribbons and I also have a goal of getting best in show one day. Good luck on all of your beautiful pieces!

I also added the collectors heart to my list because I love how you stitched that one on red fabric with white thread. I don't see it in your fair entries, but I remember loving that one. I think your framed piece looks great as is. Just a thought, if you decide to add a bow maybe move the stitched piece down some so you don’t have a big gap at the bottom. If you like bows I think it would look great.

All of your entries look great! Do you ever worry about something getting damaged at the fair? Do they get very dusty since they don't have glass? I love seeing crafts and needlework at the fair but I'm not sure how I would feel with my hard work being in someone else's care and in a dirty environment. Good luck!

It came from Basket Market, a clearance center for Hobby Lobby. It was all natural wood, so you may check that area of the store.
