I do the same thing! Brains are such a Wild West sometimes. I'm so happy you're sharing.

Thank you for being so open. So many people including myself struggle with this. Talking about it helps take away the stigma and shame.

I have definitely experienced something similar. You are incredible for being so open with your struggle (and you’re adorable, that is the truth!). Thanks for this and keep doing you, boo. 💗

I’m so proud of you for seeking help. I have had depression/anxiety for over 20 yrs now, and getting help was so hard for me. My medication has done wonders for me and I am so thankful for it. I totally understand the loss for words, I do it all the time 😄 I don’t think I’ve ever noticed a lot of “ums” before. Anyhoo, I really enjoy your videos and am glad you’re feeling better 🤗

    Ummm, YES....You are adorable!
Despite lack of sleep, I had a good day today. I faced my fears, got courageous, and made some telephone calls I had been putting off. I can only hope tomorrow I am even stronger. This month of March is kicking my buttocks to the curb. Gotta fight the good fight. You take care, Jael!!!
I've been having some frog-in-throat issues. I'm doing shots of this concoction I read about: 1/4 cup each of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar simmered on the stovetop. Add in 1/4-1/2 teaspoon each of cayenne pepper and powdered ginger. Then top off with 2-3 tablespoons of honey. Hot Dawgie! They say to take a couple tablespoons each day though I drink it 2-3 times.

I’ll have to try that recipe if it continues. Of course as soon as I stopped filming it went away. 🙄 I don’t mind being called adorable when it’s a genuine compliment but when it’s not, the gloves come off!! 😂 You take care too!! I hope your March relaxes and be sure to take some time for self care. 💗

Say “UM” all day! I understand what you’re saying about accessing vocabulary, and THANK YOU for putting the words to that for me! Um, Irony, huh? Um, yeah.
So frustrating for articulate folks like us! Nail/head.

Um, I think you are AWESOME! I think you are brave and inspiring. You can say Um all you want....now if you said like constantly....kidding...really never noticed the ums. I suffer from depression and anxiety as well and I have fibro fog too so words and thoughts are hard...you will see /hear/notice word trips etc in most of my videos. Hang in there and keep on posting ...you are loved.

I have 2 comments here, firstly, you do you, unfortunately social media is a bitch where people who don't understand get nasty. Do it for yourself, and remember that they just don't know.
Secondly, thank you. I have recently fallen down the rabbit hole and I noticed I struggle with words more, but never knew about this, now it makes sense, thank you, you helped me understand me.

Hugs I love that your talking about this, I have seasonal depression and it was really hard to talk about on my channel but it's a conversation we need to have we need to normalize and humanize these things, and I'm sorry about the crap comment I know that those things can stick with you, but be you! Your um doesn't bother me it's you! And I like you I have anxiety too and mine manifests in fidgeting with my hands I swear if I didn't knit I'd be shredding paper

I’ve found even though it’s really difficult to talk about it, I feel more “normal” when I do. The comment didn’t bother me for long. I ended up laughing about it but it reminded me how far I’ve come and that I’m not totally out of the woods yet. I too appreciate that you’ve been open on your channel!

You don't need to justify yourself. If they don't like it, they can sod off. Do you. Only you can.

My obsessive words in my videos (and life) are 'okay' and 'so'. I know I do it. I don't care anymore. I can edit the videos and in life if I'm being my authentic self. As long as I'm gettin' it done the only people who have an issue with it are poop heads.
