I needed this today. Been receiving from health anxiety for a while now but it’s okay to have little relapses, as long as they don’t take over and linger.. let go of control. Stay in the moment. Choose to say “whatever” to the symptoms and give them no power. And give it to God

My more than anxiety moment was “Would you let a five year old drive a car?” A lot of times it feels like I have no choice because I am so overwhelmed by the thoughts and sensations. But then I get moments of clarity where I am like “No I am not living like this anymore - I surrender all outcomes.”
Little me says we need to be in control of everything - higher self says we don’t.

I am at the point of living my life despite the symptoms (mine are more mind then physical). However, because I am doing this the lower self is really rebelling, and it feels chaotic at times. I keep reminding myself you warned me it would feel that way- uncomfortable. So I am just pushing through. I know healing is on the other side of this. Just didn’t realize how hard it would be!

Dennis I don’t ever think of myself as having anxiety until I’m waking in a mall and my vision and gait go wonky, or heart palpitations, or my fear of dying. I don’t wake up ever thinking about having a good day or anxiety day. I wake up always in a good mood with the idea of having a fantastic day.

I feel like I’m having more panic attacks than ever. I’ve come so far from where I was a couple years ago but lately I barely get triggered and the panic just comes on. My main symptoms are an upset stomach and lump in my throat probably because I’m emetophobic. One slight off feeling and I can start shaking and feeling cold and hot and feel like I’m choking. Now my panic attacks have come on at the same times on the same days and there’s obvious triggers but I can’t get past it
