Hi, congratulations on your channel. Can you make a video to explain how to use the aux/fx button in relation to the FX output? I would like to use the AUX output for a speaker but if I turn the knob to have the FX I will have the channel that is heard the most on the monitor. Thanks in advance
On a mixer in this price class, it's incredible to even get a separate bus...one reason I bought it. After testing, I just learned some new things: 1. Audio sent through AUX with FX: -Dry signal heard through 1/4" AUX output -FX signal heard on Master out 2. Master/AUX button selects which to send to monitors/phones. If running FX through AUX: -FX heard on Master -No FX heard on AUX In you situation, send the feed from the 1/4" AUX out on the mixer to speakers. Hope that helps!
@@JeffReviewsStuff but if I put my iPad in channel 7/8 for playback and I have to set the aux volume it means that: 1) I have NO FX in the aux output 2) in the Master output I have the FX effects This is not good as you would hear reverb or echo in master (audience) Exact?
Another question - when setting master volume to 0dB it produces a pretty noticable white noise on my monitor speakers and headphones. Is that normal? It's there even with all inputs turned completely off.
That doesn't sound right...literally. 😀 If all inputs and gain are off, it should be silent. Perhaps you received a damaged unit. If all inputs and gain are zero, I can push Master to top and not hear any noise.
@JeffReviewsStuff thank you so much for your answers. I definitely felt like something was off about it but I didn't feel confident as I've never had a mixer before. Going to the store next week for a refund/replacement :)
@@giannisaxlive4389 I am suspecting it's damaged during transport or something. It doesn't have any light even when turning gain to max. Even on lines 7/8 (rca) it doesn't show any light.

Thank you! Let me do a test and get back to you.

@@fafnirbane My pleasure! I still think it's an awesome mixer for the price. Not many others offer as many features. Best!
@@JeffReviewsStuff yeah, i agree. The many lines in with individual controls were the reason I went for it in the first place.
The LED audiometer on mine doesn't display any light. There's sound but there's no light whatsoever. Isn't that strange?
Hmm, that's odd. I'll look into it and get back to you.
I think the input volume is too low, it happens to me too. try handling on the GAIN until you have the light

Is your master fader up? It won't send a signal to the meters, but will send a signal to phones/speakers if master is down.
