@@Critique808 As some of my old-time favorites are gone, I do like it the way they made it...with no crunchy fillers; as you said, water chestnuts. They old places I miss are 'Char Hung Sut' and 'Libby's'...the good old days! So for now, it's pork hash from 'Island Manapua' and manapua from 'U-Coice In'.
