Hey Marlene, I wonder if sprinkling a dusting of powdered sugar on the trees would give you a snowy effect, just a thought
Maybe I didn't test but it would have to be added once baked so it doesn't melt away, I think it would work but might not stay nice as humidity comes into play.
What color did you use for the flesh? Does the colors change with baking?

If I use regular egg whites is 180° oven enough to kill off any bacteria.??
