  • This piece is played here by Geoff Olson, organist of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Paul, MN. It is played on the Hauptwerk virtual model of a 2005 Cembalo Mietke harpsichord.     If memory serves, that’s the underlying melody for Bach’s version of Ave Maria, which I have solo’ d on. Nicely done, Geoff

      Yes. The Ave Maria uses the Prelude in C arpeggiated chords and adds a melody. Glad you enjoyed the video.
