Iba rin talaga maghouse tour si Apple Grace. Kahit natour na ito ng ibanh channels papanuorin mo pa rin kasi may ibang flavors ang house tours nila. Malinaw magsalita, at mabilis ang house tours hindi nakakainip. I also like the b-rolls in between. Kahit madalang lang sila mag-upload ng videos pero worth it ang paghihintay each upload! Everytime na manonood ako ng house tour with a lot of bedroom parang gusto ko na makapag ipon agad para makabili na din ako ng bahay. And may sari-sarili na kami na kwarto ng tita at pinsan ko hahahaha
Nice open layout.The kitchen counter tops look like quartz ,quartz is non porous and much more durable , the upper cabinets would look much better in light color, too many dark colors create a claustrophobic feel,thank you for your presentations
This is a beautiful house! Very spacious, elegant and has a modern vibe. Its worth every cent, the view on the terrace alone is something to look forward every morning. I love the contrasting theme of the bedrooms and the quality materials incorporated in every nook and cranny. A perfect example of a well thought out design with a contemporary touch. Kudos to the architect...

Nagfofocus yung cameran man sa host kaysa bahay. Sana po sa susunod, pag po may ini emphasize na part ng house yun po yung focus. Pwede din pong kuhanan ng shots ag iba't ibang perspective nang bahay para makita ang space. PKi mention na din po sana kahit ung aprx. Height ng ceiling or wall. Thanks

Hindi pinakita yung balcony sa third floor.
Video should have been shot in daytime to showcase the garden where the plants are absolutely gorgeous! And really expensive.
Its better in nightime so to give importance to lightings.plants are not part of a house and the owner can landscape it according to its preferrence.
Nice rooms and bathrooms with different styles. The kitchen I like it I saw a house that looks similar on it specially when you enter the front door you cannot see the entire kitchen directly.
Super ganda talag nito, one of the best. Really love the living area , dining and kitchen area, even the rooms. However, no enough space for laundry ( sampayan) and auxilliary kitchen. Or di lang pinakita.

Among all the houses I have seen so far that you have featured, this is the best for me! I loved both the exterior and interior facets of this property. I also loved the design and layout of the whole place. It’s very pleasing, calming, airy, and I like that it’s not crowded with furnitures. Bagay sa mga celebrities, they can afford. Functional layout and interior materials. My favorite is the family area. Bedroom 5 is a nanny room, bedroom 6 is an Ikea room. The teepee area can be an Altar area.

Note lng po. You cant have a fully galvanized steel pergula with smooth paint finish. Dapat galvanized or hot deep galvanized OR 2-3 coated system steel pergula. But para sakin di ako gagamit ng steel pergula(for what purpose?) just for design. Tingin ko hindi steel ang pergula nyo. Power coated tubular aluminum ata un or PVDF coated aluminum kasi light wait lng at madali ikabit at napakasmooth ng finish if aluminum. Di ka makakakuha ng ganyan ka smooth finish na painted steel maam lalo pat expose then during construction mgkakagasgas. Pati ung gazibo Im sure tubular aluminum profiles un.

The glass is certified strong. I just wonder if women in skirts will have issues.
Why did they put a tempered glass on the second level flooring. From a safety standpoint, it is dangerous. Over time the glass will be compromised due to temperature and constant weight. The walk-in closet is too large for the master bedroom. It is wasted space. The footprint could have been smaller and added to the Master bedroom. I was disappointed the size of the Master bathroom. The interior design selection was monotone. Shades of grey and brown was primarily selected throughout the home. It gave a boring and muted look. Why use tempered glass for the staircase? It gives an ambience of an office environment.

We do love how you show the house for your tour but I wish you'd tell the price right away. Sure, you want us to call you so we can negotiate but it is really a waste of time. Seriously. I recommended a friend who wants to retire in the Philippines to check properties but lost interest already.

Too much bathrooms, tama na iyong 4 or 5 full baths. I rather have a big activity room or media room for that bath space. And no bathtub in the master bedroom, that is a must. Again, nice but something is missing.

Interior design sucks(cheap), also there is no wardrobe and when you enter the house you stand in the middle of the living room, something which doesn't make sense. In the kitchen island the sink? Makes even less sense but it is as it is.

I doubt the kitchen are being used by the owner. Most likely they have a dirty kitchen at the back and the space is tiny for a big house like that.
