Well Brad regarding the "Basement" entry hall what I would do ......I would make a real cool photo gallery on those 2 long walls . Wall straight ahead a table with nice arrangement on it and a nice framed beveled mirror above it. That's what I would do Brad.

And without a reliably fast internet it is not valid. your videos are great. I would love to see some kind of "bookmark" in the timeline were you can click at and see the property lines on a map ( you often incorporate it into the video but a bookmark on the timeline would make it so much easier to go back to and pause), also some kind of overview sheet at the end like a resume.. with things like: energy supply, water supply ( wells on property , streams , drinkingwater, state water) , heating solution, internetspeed, approx. driving distance to hospital/stores/ highway / city, approx. property taxes/year, approx. upkeep,maintanance cost /year., and of course a direct link to the property on your bluegrassteam page, if the property is already sold you can maybe leave it on the site but mark it as sold ( depending on the new owner i guess) and invite people to search on your page for something similar or maybe already give him similar options.

So you might pay 3000 or 4000/acre, but only be taxed on a value $300/ac or 500/ac. And for conversation sake - you can count on $1/100 - $1.2/100. $100,000 house = 1,000-1,200/yr in taxes. Less for properties of 10+ acres. Now, how clear is that? Camera work is horrible. All the movement and shakiness made me nauseous. You may want to invest in some equipment to stabilize the camera or in a camera person. Just an idea. You have good material but I would rather pass on these videos because of the camera work, tbh.

I love country homes with lands for agricultural use. I love this home!! For only 325k? Thats a steal!! Here in Maryland it would be at 500k

No it would definitely be over 100 thousand here in Maryland. Just a quarter acre lot with a house and no other buildings is an easy 300000.00
