If I did not have to walk my pooch and am too lazy to change, I would live in my PJs! This card is beautiful! I love how happy you are when you make a card. It truly makes me smile😁
Cathy, your card is gorgeous and you are so much fun to watch! I love your wit and sense of humour but most of all how you keep it real. I'm SMH at the dislikes on this video. I just don't get how anybody could "thumbs down" your beautiful work.
Cathy, you crack me up. I love watching your videos not only for the card creation and tips and information but for your sense of humor and little comments about life stuff as well. I loved your comment about your hands and aging because my hands are also starting to show my age and it's been bothering me. Thanks to you, I feel okay with my aging. You're fabulous!
Cathy, I would have told you I couldn't be more of a fan, as I always truly adore your videos. However today's video just made you my hero. I love that even the most amazing people can have days where they don't do everything right. The card is lovely. You are just my hero.
You are the sweetest!😊 Your whispers behind your breath remind me of that painter with the orange fro on KLRN. I loved watching him too, God rest his soul. Beautiful card.
Happy New Year, Cathy! This card is so pretty. I make cards in my pajamas ALL the time...so glad to see that it's "a thing", now that you do it too!! Pajama crafters UNITE!! LOL!!
Absolutely loved sitting down and watching you craft and chat!🤗 Your card turned out beautiful as always and so glad you loved the MISTI tip... it was a game changer for me.
I really like the simplicity of this card Cathy. A few hours ago I made a simple birthday card and for the life of me the picker upper wouldn't let go. I couldn't imagine what my problem was. Now I know. I needed to make the boop sound. I'm gonna try that on my next card. I'm confident it will work! Thanks for something to make my crafting easier!
Thanks for encouraging us to use what we have on hand! As much as I love new goodies ( as my hubby and all the boxes that arrived in the last year can attest to), I really want to focus on using what I have this year and keep spending to a minimum. Your videos are such an inspiration and a true joy to watch💜💜💜 thanks for all you do !
Really enjoyed watching you create! There were a few moments that you softly spoke/whispered as you filled in the stencils that really reminded me of a Bob Ross tutorial 😀💐
One gorgeous card! I loved you creating in your pjs. I often do too. I also loved watching someone else struggling with fine diecut gluing! Thank you for reminding me that everyone struggles sometimes.
It is really hard to do. I'm not great at it and sometimes in my heavily edited videos I just skip over the times that take me so long to get something done!
Highlight of my day is another video of my favourite crafter! Thank you for sweetening yet another UK lockdown. A beautiful card has been created with the new Gina K. Bundle. It is such a shame items are not as widely available here in the UK. Specially as I can't get the items you design Cathy! Looking forward for your next video. 🤗
When your favorite middle age card maker, Cathy, makes a card in her pj's, you know yiu are in for entertainment. The card is a winner. Love all the techniques I learn from your videos Cathy. Take care of yourself and Happy New Year 👉
Loved this video ! Thank you! -- I laughed with you when you were gluing the Love die to the shadow ... that is so me! the agony! when you said "calm down Cathy" ... said that a zillion times to myself, not Cathy, but you know what I mean. I love all the talking to yourself that you leave in for us -- I feel so Not Alone! card making is fun, but I care about getting it right. Thank you for sharing yourself :) and it's a beautiful beautiful card. I ordered the kit, looking forward to making lots of cards
What marvelous stencils! The flowers are gorgeous. Love your card and all the great crafting tips. Such a wonderful idea to stencil in the MISTI and allow the magnets to help.
Beautiful card, Cathy. I love the simple elegance of this card. This set is amazing! I have watched you, Simon and Gina use this set to creative such different cards. I just ordered this bundle and can’t wait to get it. Thanks for sharing your talent.❤️
You inspired me "THANK YOU", I punched a butterfly out of the front of the card then stenciled on the front. Card closed butterfly is placed on inside. Misti was is GAME CHANGER!....
I love your card -- the colors you used, the composition. I may have to have that kit after seeing all the beautiful cards being created with it. Thank you for sharing!
I’m a little late to the party! I just bought this bundle on Gina’s 2021 Black Friday sale at a great discount and I’m watching every video I can for inspiration. Love the Misti tip from Simon. When you took the pad out and were afraid of staining the bottom, try laying a piece of acetate to protect it. It’s thin enough not to weaken your magnets. Love your color combos for the stencil. I was holding my breath while you were placing the Love on the shadow! Well done. It’s a struggle, isn’t it? Lol. Love your narration, exactly what goes on in most of our minds.
Gorgeous card... I think I held my breath while you were placing the die cut onto the shadow. Your smile reveals the joy you have in your creation...and its infectious. Thanks Cathy and Happy New Year!
We have much in common. I have a very similar approach to beauty. Rarely wear makeup. I was delighted to discover that we can repurpose eyeshadow for paper crafting. It’s wonderful to know that my eyeshadow fantasies do not have to go to waste. I’m an ASMR fan too. But only certain kinds. I like crinkle and tapping noises. I don’t find nature sounds at all relaxing. But I can fall asleep quickly to AMSR. I can now say I had wrist issues. I had my left wrist operated on this past July and my right side the year before. I don’t know if you have carpal tunnel or something else; I had carpal tunnel in both hands/wrists. Surgery was much easier than I feared. Recovering strength takes a long time, over a year, but pain relief was pretty much immediate. I’ve noticed that the blender brushes are more taxing on my hands and wrists. The shape of the foam applicators make them much easier to use. I have one blender brush that is similar in design to the foam applicators and it feels as comfortable. It’s definitely the long handle on the brushes; it’s more comfortable to hold the head of the brushes while blending. I am now much more protective of my hands. I lost so much strength and agility it was scary. There were so many things I couldn’t do. I completely lost the ability to do off loom bead weaving for instance. Packaging was the bane of my existence. I could not open most packages. I saw you using scissors to open the plastic around the brush. I can tear open some packages now, but I still use scissors. I have utility scissors all over my home. I want my hands to be capable of crafting so I try not to tax them with chores and the like. I like listening to you talk through your designs. Your decision making process is interesting. I like the stencil & die combo too. A good aspect of this die set is that you don’t have to have the stencils or stamps. It’s leaves and flowers even without the details. I eschew the dies that are only good for cutting out one stamp. I’ll just fussy cut, now that I can again 😉 I still hate shrink wrap and heat sealed clam shell plastic. Do you remember those halcyon days before the Tylenol poisoning when everything wasn’t triple sealed with annoying plastic and impossible foils?
Hi, too, am so protective of my hands! I totally get that because I do things differently than I used to do to try not to injure my wrists. I do not have carpal tunnel. It's mostly overuse so I have now been sleeping in wrist braces at night and that has been helping quite a bit. And I also hate those clamshells they're so hard to get into!
Gina did a brilliant job in the design of those stencils!! Just brilliant. And your card design just rocked! I have learned so much from you about colour choices...your chatting out the reasoning is super helpful......so thanks!
Thanks Cathy. I love this clean, classy looking card. I had to listen super carefully as I could hardly hear you even though I listened on my loudest setting...probably my phone. 😘
Noreen it wasn't your phone. I got a new computer and forgot to change the input levels and didn't realize it until after the video posted. It sounded fine on my feedback audio and it was not fine. I'm so sorry!
@@czdesign Thanks for letting me know Cathy. I truly appreciate your honesty. Just know, I had my ear as close to the phone as I could that I could still see because you are worth watching. You remind me of myself. Pj's while crafting, craft room/lounge, sore wrists and all. May your 2021 be blessed. 🤗❤️
Beautiful card Cathy. And fantastic tip to use the MISTI with stencils. I need to go watch Simon’s video now. I ordered this kit from Gina & can’t wait for it to arrive. Just love how your card came together. And thank you for leaving in your struggle with the die cut word, it’s nice to see that we all struggle with those sometimes. 🙂 Hugs, & Happy New Year to you!
Love this card and the colors you chose! The card is so cheery and delicate-looking (especially the 'love' sentiment) Sweet Mango is one of my favorite oranges by GKD. Thanks for showing us your project!
Love that set from Gina K! I have never tried her products. I have been trying different company products lately though. The card turned out beautiful Cathy!
Loved your card, great to see different approach after viewing your link to Simon H process with the same bundle. I love that you left the ‘love wrangling’ part in with the glitter card 😎
Thank you for sharing your talents with us!!! I know you are using new equipment, so I thought I would let you know the volume on this video appeared to be low. Hugs and happy creating!!!
When you were laying it out I kept thinking and waiting for you to put something in the upper left corner. Then when you said you were going to add the sequins in some of the empty spaces I thought now there’ll be something up there. Nope, didn’t happen. But as I looked at the finished product, I went, well darn it works. It is a gorgeous card. I think that may be part of the reason I like you and your work so much. It’s not like everyone else’s and it’s not always what I’d expect.
Yaaaay for P J crafting time....ordered this set on release day patiently waiting for it to arrive! Eager to use some of yours, Gina’s and Simon’s tips!
Love the card....and gurl.... I totally know what your sayin about the blending brushes. As I get older (insert sad face here) I can not use the blending sponges, truth told I never could. Anyhoo....Love the Pjs and really enjoy the time I spend with you!
This card is so pretty! I love the way you put it all together, the colors, the layers, the whole shebang. I, too, saw Simon's video and was impressed with his techniques, as well. Also, it turns out I am watching in my pj's! Thanks for this, it was fun to watch!
Lovely card and great video! I am with you on loving the layered stencils and coordinating dies combos. I would really like to see more of these. Happy 2021 Cathy! I LOVE your card. And that tip for using the MISTI with stencils (insert clunking sound of my hand hitting my forehead. Ha!) such a great tip. Thanks to you and Simon for sharing.
Gina K.'s products are always so well thought out, and you make beautiful use of them. And, I now understand that I need to say, "Boop!" when adhering things, just as DH always sticks his tongue from the side of his mouth when doing a task that requires concentrating. These tricks are what make the world go 'round. Thanks for the video, & best wishes for a lovely 2021. :o)
"I want to think I'm better at this than what I am.".

Thank you so much! Appreciate your comment!
So elegant love the colour combos of the card and your PJ's. Happy crafting from Martlesham Heath UK. Stay safe. Sue
Thank you! You too!
I just love you. The card is perfection! The "boops" are my favorite!
Boop.

Wow, thank you!
PJ’s = fashion budget spent on craft supplies!!! 🤣 Love your videos and watching new techniques with you!!
I really do spend money on crafty things and technology things and not clothes!
That card is as sweet as you are, Cathy! So much fun to watch you craft in your jammies. In my opinion that is the only attire to craft in!
Oh thank you!
You are the sweetest!😊
Your whispers behind your breath remind me of that painter with the orange fro on KLRN. I loved watching him too, God rest his soul.
Beautiful card.
Happy New Year, Cathy! This card is so pretty. I make cards in my pajamas ALL the time...so glad to see that it's "a thing", now that you do it too!! Pajama crafters UNITE!! LOL!!
YES!
Glad to see your actual time/struggle with the delicate "love" cutout. We could be twins.
Absolutely loved sitting down and watching you craft and chat!🤗 Your card turned out beautiful as always and so glad you loved the MISTI tip... it was a game changer for me.
Yeah, you changed my stencil life!
Thanks for keeping it real! I love your ability to laugh at yourself.

Really enjoyed watching you create! There were a few moments that you softly spoke/whispered as you filled in the stencils that really reminded me of a Bob Ross tutorial 😀💐
Well that is high praise! Bob is the king!
Beautiful card Cathy. I live the delicate "love" with the white and the flower/greenery. Thank you for sharing and please stay safe.
Master of elegance and simplicity!

You are a ‘hoot’. I love your videos, it’s like being in a friends home and having fun crafting!!!!
Love the card. I'm glad you used the stamp on the flower. I really wanted to see what that looked like. I love it. Gina has done it again.
She has!

Lovely card. Cathy.
It's beautiful. It makes you seem like an artists.
Love this card ,colors are crisp.

Yay! Thank you!
Thank you so much for the stress free demo, I’m new to card making and living your videos! Can’t wait to get my bundle from GinaK to get started.

I bought two sets of clips for my brushes because I saw them on yours - love them! So much better than the pieces of ribbon I was using.
They are especially great for the black handle brushes!
Such a gorgeous card!
Thanks so much!
The stencil was not one I liked, but the demonstration was great, always fun x
Cathy, this is such a pretty card! I also have to thank you for the recommendation for the thin foam squares, they are perfect!
Thank you so much!
I ordered this set last week and am awaiting the shipping notice so I can stalk the mailman 😂😂😂 Loved your card

Beautiful!
Lovely card and great video! I am with you on loving the layered stencils and coordinating dies combos. I would really like to see more of these.
In my thoughts and prayers since reading your blog....2020 was like none other our generation has been through really (I assume we are close in age😏). We need to be there for each other even if from afar. Would like to head north and make cards together sometime.
Your Girlfriend from South Sioux City,NE!
Hope that did not come across creepy😳
Not at all. Your kindness shone through!
Fantastic card! I ordered this bundle! Oooo, would love to see you make more cards with it!

So pretty!
Love the card and your Zach Parise phrase. Watch him play college hockey at UND.
YES! Did I pronounce it right? My son loves hockey. I should know this!
Another GREAT tutorial!
Thank you! Cheers!
Darling card!
