This is a 4 piece band, they formed in 1995. The singer, Claudio Sanchez, also plays guitar. Like an absolute god, might I add. We need more Coheed on the channel!
Please, listen to the song Coheed and Cambria - From Fear Through the eyes of madness. The amount of times the song changes is insane. The verse chorus structure dissipates at the 2:30 mark and it’s just 5 more minutes of progression to a satisfying end.
Coheed is badass. all their albums are just one continuous story that they have turned into graphic novels etc. "The Dark sentencer", "Mother Superior", "Welcome Home", "Ten speed (of God's blood & burial)", and "Here we are Juggernaut" are some other real bangers from them.
Dude. I love your fuckinf channel. Easily one of the best reviewers on RUclips and your taste in music is spectacular. Take from an extreme metal fan who is also a huge coheed fan, these guys are one of the most technically flawless bands of our generation. I've been into them for like 20 years and they have never once ceased to amaze me. They are the only band I can where I can listen to every song on every album and not skip a track. Seriously, fall down the Coheed rabbit hole. You won't regret it. One among the fence!
@@OhrionReacts Devil in Jersey City, Welcome Home, Delirium Trigger, and Here We Are Juggernaut are easily some of their best. (Though as a fan of everything C&C I think everything is the best.)
My lord you got given quite a deep cut 😂 great track but check out some of the bigger tracks or more accessible ones as well. Maybe try Domino the Destitute
I'm new to the channel because of this video! Seriously, very few things make me happier than watching people listen to Coheed for the first time! I'm so glad you enjoyed it dude!
In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3. The song or the album would be just fine. Gravemakers and Gunslingers or Domino the Destitute is about as heavy as they go. Honestly you almost cant go wrong... The Crowing Gravity's Union Here We Are, Juggernaut From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness Seriously take the dive :)
First time hearing the gutter your always waiting for it to go off like welcome home or some of their other stuff but it never does. Its a nice change for when you listen to a lot of coheed.
Coheed is so diverse I have no doubt if you looked through their albums you’d find some songs you love. Been a fan for 20 years and haven’t heard one i haven’t liked yet
Keep in mind, this is NOT the official music video, they release these videos as a way to get the song out prior to making music videos. I'm really mad I missed the cruise, but I'm saving up for the possibility of another one.
A little late on this, but yeah, you'll get a good 5-10k views on a "Welcome Home" reaction and a couple thousand views on "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth" or "The Dark Sentencer" reaction. But one of the best reactions I've seen was a vocal coach reacting to a live Coheed performance of "The Light and the Glass" which got nearly 8k. And of course the live vocal performance was amazing. Musically though, a live performance of "the Final Cut" will be guaranteed to win you over as a permanent fan. Side note, I like My Chemical Romance, but Coheed's discography is far more diverse, ranging from punk garage metal to progressive rock with even some folk music and rap and a variety of influences mostly noticeable from Rush.
Love where he’s trying to anticipate the changes and is surprised - that’s what I love about this band. The End Complete from NWFT feels like 5 songs in one. I love the talent and complexity of the band.
I'm just saying if you want to get into a band and do a reaction channel that sounds like free content to me dude. Really interesting take. Hope to see you so more Coheed. So nice to see someone not jump straight to Welcome Home. Keep up the great work.
My favorite band and the best Live band ive heard ever. Their songs are so diverse and progressive its awesome. Claudio has beast melodies and a unique voice!
Check out the song "I think I'll be OK" by Bayside. It's a great track but honestly there aren't any bad songs by them so please do a video on their music 😊
I love that you compared them to mcr because people seem to not realize the masterful attention to detail that mcr has put into their music.. I absolutely love their music and I think they get shit and over looked for being a "emo" band but they are gold.. just like coheed. But coheed is god... Coheed is literally one of the number one influences on my life.. as someone who cares deeply about music and appreciates great music.. they fill all my musical needs
"I could just imagine this part live, everyone just shouting out this part" Yes, Yes we do. lmao EDIT: THE CRUISE WAS WILD I WANT TO GO BACK PLS TAKE ME BACK.
Oh shit youve never heard Coheed? They invented the emo scene my friend and boy is this band one of my all time fav bands. The lead singer has some of the best vocals, lyrics and plays sick guitar with ever connecting story from album to album and on top of that the best hair in rock and roll lol but seriously check out more please, old stuff is better. Check out Welcome Home or In Keeping Secrets for Silent Earth 3!
"this has gotta the beginning" ohhhhh boy are you right but also very wrong. I hope you fell deeper into the hole. Coheed truly is a wonderful band to experience
Actually mcr has Coheed feels... There is no comparison, coheed is leagues above mcr because they have continued to make phenomenal music over decades and still blow minds away. Mcr had some amazing music but then just went silent. Coheed is probably the best band of the last 30 years, and yes I'm biased. But they legit have kept prog alive and consistently produced bangers no argument
Emo music can be really great in my opinion, but Coheed isn't an emo band, never was! They have always done different styles from pop rock to progressive metal and it's very hard to label them. Best just describe them as a rock band :D Coheed's first album is their only album that has some definitive emo vibes (but also just punk, progressive etc.) Coheed got labelled as emo because of their first album and because they started getting noticed at the same time as MCR and other actual emo bands. In the beginning Coheed's music definitely had similarities to emo bands, but only on the surface level. Coheed has gotten proggier and more diverse after their first album - The Gutter is from their newest album, has nothing emo about it and the band hasn't had anything to do with the emo genre for over 15 years!
Definitely, not one of Coheed's best songs imo. You should really check out "Domino the Destitute" "From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness" "Fuel for the Feeding End" and "Gravity's Union". I have seen a ton of your reactions and I now how similar our taste is... you can't go wrong with these. These are far more heavy, more progressive, etc. Also, Coheed is THE BEST live band that I have ever heard in my life.
coheed is a way of life. the hole is very deep. Fans are real serious. Cause at their core they are one of the best bands in existence
“One Among the Fence.”
Coheed is my heart
One among the fence!
Yeah people don't understand coheed, they will most likely go down in history as one of the best bands of our time. And I'm not being hyperbolic.
Yep. Best band ever (for me at least)
Coheed is FUCKING EVERYTHING!!! They're so good live!!!
I've heard!
This is a 4 piece band, they formed in 1995. The singer, Claudio Sanchez, also plays guitar. Like an absolute god, might I add. We need more Coheed on the channel!
Haha this was sick 🤘🔥
I agree with every part of this!
Absolutely have to check out their top song: “Welcome Home” and one of my favorites “The Dark Sentencer”
Noted! Appreciate you watching I feel not a lot of people are fans of this lol (hense the views) ahaha
@@OhrionReacts it’s a more specific taste for sure! But the two songs I listed are “heavier” in all matters compared to this one!
God please don't do Welcome Home. Love them but fuck that song.
Also, if you want a coheed breakdown Domino the Destitute is your song.
This man speaks the truth. Domino is an epic.
Yep. This.
Please, listen to the song Coheed and Cambria - From Fear Through the eyes of madness. The amount of times the song changes is insane. The verse chorus structure dissipates at the 2:30 mark and it’s just 5 more minutes of progression to a satisfying end.
Haha that's awesome. I'll slap'r on the list 🤘🔥 thanks for watching!
Their first 3 albums are just absolutely spectacular. From Fear has some amazing live videos out there
I ALWAYS recommend FTtEoM if people are looking for layers... it might be their most Prog. song!
Coheed is badass. all their albums are just one continuous story that they have turned into graphic novels etc. "The Dark sentencer", "Mother Superior", "Welcome Home", "Ten speed (of God's blood & burial)", and "Here we are Juggernaut" are some other real bangers from them.
Oh that's awesome!
Gravity’s Union, Gravemakers & Gunslingers, Sentry the Defiant, Random Reality Shifts, Mothers of Men
not all their albums. Color Before the Sun isn't based on The Amory Wars. All the others ones are though
So happy to see some coheed reacts coming out finally. Do a deep coheed dive and I'll be here through all of them.
welcome to the Fence, bro 🤘🏻🔥🍻 take the dive, you won’t regret. and listening to this while playing Destiny is primo

Very cool band

A Favor House Atlantic - Coheed and Cambria
Yes finally!!!!! I’ve been waiting to see someone react to this song!
Dude this is one of my all time favorite Coheed songs. It was awesome seeing someone react to it for the first time!
I was wondering how long I'd have to wait for a Coheed reaction. Thanks OGCookCook
Their music is definitely an experience
Agreed
My favorite band of ALL time! Glad you did this bro!
You need to go see Ronnie Radke reacting to my song. (RUclips Channel video) 😅🤣
In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3. The song or the album would be just fine.
Gravemakers and Gunslingers or Domino the Destitute is about as heavy as they go.
Honestly you almost cant go wrong...
The Crowing
Gravity's Union
Here We Are, Juggernaut
From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness
Seriously take the dive :)
Their a capella version of this is absolute fire!!!
Agreed. I think I prefer it, tbh.
First time hearing the gutter your always waiting for it to go off like welcome home or some of their other stuff but it never does. Its a nice change for when you listen to a lot of coheed.

oh yes please more coheed
Welcome to the Coheed rabbit hole. It's deep and satisfying. I fell in over 10 years ago and have never left.
A little late on this, but yeah, you'll get a good 5-10k views on a "Welcome Home" reaction and a couple thousand views on "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth" or "The Dark Sentencer" reaction. I'm obsessed with people hearing coheed for the first time in reaction videos lol grave makers and gunslingers or welcome home from them next please 🥺
I'm just saying if you want to get into a band and do a reaction channel that sounds like free content to me dude. Really interesting take. Hope to see you so more Coheed. So nice to see someone not jump straight to Welcome Home. Keep up the great work.
Thanks buds! Such a neat song for sure. Wish it had more views... haha but my community is metal
Couldn't agree more with the people only doing Welcome Home
My favorite band and the best Live band ive heard ever. Their songs are so diverse and progressive its awesome. Claudio has beast melodies and a unique voice!
Do it walks among us next. Let those single kick triplets take you away
Check out the song "I think I'll be OK" by Bayside. It's a great track but honestly there aren't any bad songs by them so please do a video on their music 😊
If you haven't read Claudio Sanchez' comic series "The Armory Wars" you're missing out
I love that you compared them to mcr because people seem to not realize the masterful attention to detail that mcr has put into their music.. Coheed bases all their albums as a story, from front to back. Absolutely insane band and even better live
"I could just imagine this part live, everyone just shouting out this part"
Yes, Yes we do. lmao
EDIT: THE CRUISE WAS WILD I WANT TO GO BACK PLS TAKE ME BACK.
They put on a very good show live.
I can totally see that!
More Coheed and Cambria please!
You should definitely read the comics that go with Coheed and Cambria's albums.
If you want a heavier song with more breakdowns go for Domino the destitute. It's amazing!
Great fuckin song!
If you get a chance you need to check out some live performances from Coheed. Honestly blows my mind how talented this band is!
Is what I keep hearing! Thanks for watching buds!
I’ve seen them three times. Amazing band. Check out Welcome Home by them.
I’m actually watching this while playing Destiny lmao
Lmao
C'mon I'm going to keep trying! DEXCORE [Self Hate] 🤘🏻 the breakdown is sick btw man I need to become a patrion
Hell yeah man! We're doing a patron stream today too! You can get a so g request in for tonight!! 🤘🔥
Man I’m tellin yah you’ve got to react to Pillars of ruin by a band called I valiance, you will not be disappointed!!!! Love the vids by the way
Thanks so much, Buds!
"I don't know what's coming next." Welcome to Coheed, my friend.
Haha cheers buds!

Love the reaction though!
Listen to each and everyone of these peoples suggestions. Every album, every song.
have you heard the accapella version?
Watch JJ Metalhead, she explains the story very well. Then, listen to the song again…it will be a million times more amazing.

"this has gotta the beginning" ohhhhh boy are you right but also very wrong. I hope you fell deeper into the hole. Coheed truly is a wonderful band to experience
I hate that Coheed gets lumped into emo. They came out in a time that that style of music was “in”, and that’s about the only correlation
Gotta do "No World for Tomorrow" reaction by Coheed.
My husband got me into this starting with wake up
Beautiful song!
No emo. They are NOT emo. Coheed has said it themselves. “We are not emo, your emo” after being described as such.
All but one of their albums are based off of comics that Claudio writes himself
I wanna see the Creature vs. Colossus fight! then when Nea blends the fuck outta him!
Please do more coheed
Weird song choice as a first Coheed introduction but cheers nonetheless. Coheed Rocks
The best band ever
Listen to welcome home
my chemical romance got their feel from coheed. don't ever get that twisted. too many people do.
Dude coheed is better than mcr! Practically from the same genre they’ve just gotten better while still keeping it fresh.
can you please react to ten56. - boy thanks, i love your videos
Much love! Thanks for watching 🤘
Emo music can be really great in my opinion, but Coheed isn't an emo band, never was! They have always done different styles from pop rock to progressive metal and it's very hard to label them. Best just describe them as a rock band :D

Are we just going to ignore the My Chemical Romance comment.....
Not gonna lie, I’m slightly offended by you comparing them to MCR and Emo...
I think “Welcome Home” would of been a better a better first time listen. However, it’s my favorite!
Haha OK ok!
way better than MCR
As others have said, Welcome Home would have been a better first song to start with.
yeahhh not a great first impression song imo
I mean it was still sick haha
Definitely, not one of Coheed's best songs imo. You should really check out "Domino the Destitute" "From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness" "Fuel for the Feeding End" and "Gravity's Union". I have seen a ton of your reactions and I now how similar our taste is... you can't go wrong with these. These are far more heavy, more progressive, etc.
Also, Coheed is THE BEST live band that I have ever heard in my life.
They do ALOT. Their music a journey man!
I'm pumped!
