9:22 The reason your character is all black in the render is because you deleted your default light. If your scene doesn’t have any light sources, then it’s gonna be really dark.
Yep exactly...I also informed him that his so called fix is not a fix because he also deleted the camera..so if he tries to render image or video nothing will show up..its not a bug in Blender its a lack understanding basic Blender fundamentals
At 9:23 he enables the default hdri, so he definitly has light in the scene. Also why shouldn't it be black anymore all of a sudden if he didn't even add new light and why should it suddenly work when he unplugged the image texture at 9:40?

The texturing fix is not a real fix...the reason his character had no textures visible was because he deleted the lights. The fix is not really a fix at all..it just shows you the textures in the viewport..but if you want to output to image or video you need the lighting and the camera which he deleted in the beginning otherwise the so called fix won't show
I saw these incredibly good models on Thingiverse and thought, "these folks are even making the clothes and eyelids separate objects! what talent!" But they use a character creator widget. I have wasted so much time learning how to manually do it in sculpt mode.
There are u bunch of addons that come with make human for clothes and stuff. I think they are community based and I never fully understood them. While MH is covered by everybody it would be interesting to see a follow up with the clothes add on and what else there is.

I need to apply this Character to t-pose without Bones (I have already animated bones and i Just need the character to fit with these) So i have to Download the character in t-pose and Match it with the already animated bones in frame 0 (which is t Pose as Well) But how do i apply the character to the Bones then? Is it Like parenting?

Hi Nik, You export the MakeHuman figure to Blender and then change the pose. Is it not possible to adapt the pose in MakeHuman itself? I could not find the way how to do that.
I download Makehuman 1.2.0 and Blender 4.0 to my laptop. I tried exporting in MakeHuman an STL file, but got large gaps when using Prusa slicer. I did the same thing downloading to the Mac with similar results. I imported a file as your example to blender 4.0 and got large gaps in the chest area.
One thing I have run into... I have re-posed the character but then when I go to render it, the character sill has the same pose that I started with rather than how it shows in the edit screens. I did find the Apply Visual Geometry to Mesh option that seemed to make it work, but after I did that the armature seemed to snap back to the original pose leaving hte mesh how it was, but now I can't adjust it anymore. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

its not about light. he had light. sometimes material connectors get offline. thats why they were in red color. you just have to unplug and plug again

where are you getting the exe file from after the installation ? for me it installs to appdata/local and the only exe file i get is the uninstall.
