Geoff has done several covers of his songs, like "The Headless Horseman" and "Saddle Up." I believe Thurl is a major inspiration for Geoff, but if nothing else, he certainly admires him. Oh, and no one knows who played The Grinch in this video...but Voiceplay have some Disney connections.

Adriana was invited to do a video with them for her 15th birthday that was "The Frozen 2 Medley", she was also in the first Cesar guest appearance "We're Good" and later "Good For You" and their newest one "Mean Girls Jingle Bell Rock" also several of their especially fun minis/shorts. This version of Mr Grinch is more reminiscent of the animated movie where Thurl Ravenscroft performed it. He was a singer that made Disney records. I would suggest watching all of the performances from the Masked Singer that PTX competed in (one of their songs was Creep) and they were unmasked when they got voted off and re performed Creep, as well as doing the official vocalizer for 'Creep'

I was hoping y'all would react to this one. I like Pentatonix' version, too. This is more humorous. Eli did the voice of the Grinch in this video; he does voice work outside of Voiceplay. I think the voice of the Santa in "Oogie Boogie" was done by Pasquale Palazzolo, IIRC.
There is a fun rebuttal Grinch song made by the fantastic bass singer Elliott Robinson ( former of Home Free, before Tim Faust) on his solo channel. Not So Mean A Grinch. A gorgeous voice and a hilarious video. Well worth checking out.
I don't mind comparisons, preferably side by side. But I really don't like contests, where a winner is declared for the best arrangement/performance. Music and performance are art, very subjective.
