One of the things that I learned from this tutorial is not to give up during the ugly stage! 👍 I'm learning from your tutorials to have more patience and persevere! Thank you for sharing your talent! 🥰
Love the way you paint follaige. Learned from your vivid painting in autumn of last year. Going to attempt this one! I feel so lucky to have found you!
Shelly I watch you quite often but first time commenting. Your landscape is absolutely gorgeous! You kept your greens variable and ver interesting. I think you are a great artist! I also loved your cloud study! So beautiful 🎨
Miss Shelley, my clay projects are going kaput! So I happened to find your video and am definitely going back to my watercolors. Your work is fantastic & your tips are so very helpful. Thank you so much. 🎉
Thanks Shelly, landscapes are definitely not my strong suit but I see now that I just wasn’t taking time to build enough contrast. I’ll have another try with your instructions in mind ❤
This was fabulous. Your tutorial skills are so helpful. Love the mixing of colors to obtain different greens. Thanks so much. I subscribed and will be back.
Thank you so much for this tutorial, it was brilliant….I stumbled across your channel by accident… I have subscribed and look forward to following you. Stevie, York, UK
I notice you use DaVinci a lot but I have Lukas. Have you tried this? If so, what do you think of it? You're definitely the best wc instructor out there. Thanks. Yvonne
@@suel4269 Generally, I find ochres, siennas and browns seem thicker will dry out faster than other colours, regardless of the brand. It’s just the nature of those pigments. Still perfectly good paint, even if it dries out completely.
Thank you Shelly for your generosity 😅you are a very gifted artist and teacher. I have learned so much from you.

Thank you for sharing your skills. Viewers should know many brands of Aureolin are PY40 and will fade to brown. I think davinci brand might be ok.
Thank you. DaVinci is a mixture.
YAY!!!! I'm the 777 LIKE!!!! I feel like I won something!?! LOL Love the videos as an artist I find them so inspirational and informative! Thank You!
Do you offer in person classes?
I notice you use DaVinci a lot but I have Lukas. Have you tried this? If so, what do you think of it? You're definitely the best wc instructor out there. Thanks. Yvonne
Thank you. I have not tried Lukas.
I got one tube of Yellow Ochre Lukas and it’s very thick and sticky.

Why did you preferred to work on dry paper, you generally work on wet paper.?
@@shubhangidashaputre5513 I could have done either but I didn’t want the tiny sky holes to fill in. Working on dry also gives me more texture.
