    There’s also zercher squats bro… deadlift to lap, squat from there…. They have all the squat benefits but also work your abs and back way harder than the other variants

      @ yeah squats are a pretty vital movement pattern… but you’ve got plenty of time, once you figure something out the gains will be rapid

    I see you have a power tower. For back squat, it's gonna be really awkward to stand and then rerack it but for front squat it might be easier - you can put the barbell on the dip handles to have a makeshift squat rack.
    Modify the ends of the dip handles in some way to prevent the barbell from rolling off the handles.

      @Egoliftdaily i would, but im not at that house anymore and thats where my actual squat rack is, too. im at my house and the hiuse you see with the powrr tower is a friend's house. ibe been s t ressing about the squat rack being over there and trying to figure out ways to squat without the rack so i dont havr to drive over there every time i wa nt to squat. might as well just save up and get another rack ( power tower idea is a good idea tho)

      @vincnt9537 barbell hack squats are ok but to me they felt kinda awkward

      @Sheikbaby with barbell hack squats, i was able to do 247kg while only having a 92kg back swuat. im thinking if i want bigger back sqat,i have to do front squats or zercher squts more frequently which will translate to back squat numbers

      exactly, i basically gotta see what i can do to get my physique better than it is now and squats are key
