The house is owned by him and will be given to his kids only...it's not hers at all. A lot of the house is in basement level hence the no windows but even the above ground isn't flooded with light, he was obviously trying to make it true to the original style of architecture, I think it would be fine if the wood wasn't so dark. Just sold for 56 mil.

Here is my studio apartment...when you enter, you have just enough room to walk between the gray closet door in the right and the equally gray bathroom door on the left...then you look up and you will see my kitchen, bed, table and shelf all next to each other ...then you take 5 steps to the window outside which there is a balcony facing another gray building. Basically I spend most of my days outside because coming home is a little claustrophobic...hope you enjoyed the grand tour
