This album came out ten years ago yesterday (12/13/12). Most nostalgic songs from my childhood come from this album and TDG's One-X album. Craziness!
you may be right, they may have gone a lil pop on some of their songs, but they're the most badass pop I've ever heard. They're still a great band no matter what they play.

In all honesty what band hasn't gone more pop in recent years. Nickelback, shinedown, 3 doors down, are some examples of that. Hinder has always had a pop sound to their songs, like "without you", "lips of an angel" and "everybodys wrong". I dont think that they have changed that much, they still have hard hitting songs like "freakshow" and "see you in hell". I'm not saying your wrong just thought I would throw my opinion in.
i don't think it's pop. I feel that Hinder, Nickelback etc are just trying new things. But they will always be the amazing bands we know and love.
Well maybe, but I would rather listen to real guitars & good lyrics by bands I know who can rock when they CHOOSE to! I do NOT look down my nose at some of my fave rockers taking over some of the pop radio. This has been a debate since Matchbox 20, and even before. I will take Shinedown/Hinder over Taylor Swift ANYDAY :) Just my 2 cents.
100% agreed. I'd even listen to their new stuff over Taylor, regardless of how much I dislike the new lead singer
I'm not a drinker but I know plenty of people who I can relate this song to.

ha, I listened to the other one first, the one that said Pitched, and I thought what the hell, this doesn't even sound like Austin, then listened to this one and it sounds more like him.

Was this Austin's last song with hinder?
I think so. It doesn't even sound like him compared to "Lips of an Angel" and "Better Than Me." I honestly thought this was the new dude for a moment lol

@@DevWSJ Honestly, I hardly knew Hinder a year ago. I grew up with select songs by them (for obvious reasons), and at that time I was getting into more of their music. Before I could barely pick Austin's voice out of a line-up. Now I could probably hear a song and tell you which time period the song was recorded in by the band. A lot can change in a year lol

every damn song in this album is about alcohol?
The singer was going through some dark stuff in relation to drugs & alcohol while writing & recording this album. He went to rehab shortly after the album was released and left the band because of his health issues
