    Ingredients:
    * Mackerel fish - 5, big
    For masala :
    * Fresh coconut - 2 cup
    * Onion - 1 small, roughly chopped
    * Garlic - 7-8 cloves
    * Coriander seed - 2 tbsp, roasted
    * Cumin - 3/4 tsp, roasted
    * Fenugreek (Methi) seed - 1 tsp, roasted
    * Ajwain - 1/4 tsp, roasted
    * Mustard seed (rai) - 1/4 tsp, roasted
    * Black pepper - 1 tsp, roasted
    * Kashmiri chilly - 4-5
    * Round red chilli - 4-5
    * Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    * Tamarind (lemon size) (soaked in 1/2 cup water)
    * Water - 2 cup, add gradually
    Fish curry preparation:
    * Onion - 1 small, sliced
    * Green chilly - 3-4
    * Ginger - 2 inch, crushed
    * Water as required to adjust consistency
    * Salt - 1/5 tbsp, as per the taste
    * Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
