Well, Actually it's been a couple of minutes since I tried this method and I am literally in tears! While I was doing the visualization part and then when I said it out loud, I felt so emotionally happy that I cannot even explain it. It's the first time after a couple of loa methods that I tried, that made me feel so emotionally drained. And I was repeating to myself afterwards "I already have it" and i was really feeling that and I still do! The only thing is is that at some point in this video, she talks about the speaking part of this method, she says "Dear universe, I want". Now this is kind of a turning point for the universe and it makes the universe say, "Oh, this person has a lack of this, they are negatively speaking about this desire. The reason being is you say "I want". Instead, use "I have" or getting more risky with "I will soon have". Just don't say these things in your manifestations. I am in no way a pro with manifesting, this is just a thing I picked up about it. Thank you!

Then it'll speed up your manifestation. - belief system is key. Tell stories that make you feel good. - the universe is abundant. Forget those negative past events, doesn't mean you can't manifest right now. - don't shift your frequency to a lower one. Catch yourself. Technique: - visualise it vividly, hold the emotion and then say "dear universe, I want __". - fake it man: "thank you universe, it's already mine". - the universe has no delays, the delays are because of us. My idea: - sometimes it's hard for me to feel any emotion in regard to what I desire, I'm just detached from it, especially if it's something so small like manifesting a coffee. - visualisation is key, tapping into the vibration of how you would feel if you had your desire in your life.
- don't have to let go. Everything is vibration and emotion. Thinking about something constantly and it makes you happy, you'll align with it happening.
- desperation? No. If you think about it with fear, then you'll manifest fear. With joy? Then it'll speed up your manifestation.
- belief system is key. Tell stories that make you feel good.
- the universe is abundant. Forget those negative past events, doesn't mean you can't manifest right now.
- don't shift your frequency to a lower one. Catch yourself.
Technique:
- visualise it vividly, hold the emotion and then say "dear universe, I want __".
- fake it man: "thank you universe, it's already mine".
- the universe has no delays, the delays are because of us.
My idea:
- sometimes it's hard for me to feel any emotion in regard to what I desire, I'm just detached from it, especially if it's something so small like manifesting a coffee. So, maybe just think of the most amazing scenario that doesn't have to be related to your manifestation. Once you're happy, then visualise your desire.

one thing i didnt understand when I was trying to manifest was why my results didn't come when I believed so hard that the subliminals i was listening to overnight would give me what i wanted that night, it happened around 2 times where i believed SO hard and didn't get it-
