Yes you can actually! I used to literally just visualize lifting weights because I don't like physically doing it and it worked! Lmao, I visualized doing it a few times and then affirmed I did it a 1000 times and from that point just pretended in my head that i really did that, every day for a week and I kid you not my arms, collar bones, and chest actually toned up and I had legitimate muscles I've never had before. I stopped because I started getting offered free gym memberships, exercise equipment gift sets and stuff though,lmao, so I'd recommend just using placebos or affirming and visualizing you look that way because it'll happen regardless. I'm sure you could probably just affirm that you're not actually trying to manifest working out physically but yea, lol.
One thing everyone should know is that the universe does not understand words, it communicates through feelings as it only reciprocates vibrations. Ex: "You can not have a slim body if you are focusing on fat thoughts" The universe doesn't understand the difference between "i WANT to be fat" and "i DON'T want to be fat". Because the words might be different but the feelings associated to those thoughts are the same (insecurity, hate, lack, disappointment). When you have these kinds of negative thoughts you attract things that make you feel the same way, if not worse. So that is why she said that we must focus on the parts of the body we are more confident about. If your goal is to loose weight, start thinking/saying "i am skinny" or focus on your body part which is more slim and thank the universe for it. And soon you will start attracting exactly what you want.

Iv had kp ( a common skin condition) for as long as I can remember and it's always been one of my big insecurities. Especially when I wanna wear somthing cute and summery like a bikini. Iv had kp ( a common skin condition) for as long as I can remember and it's always been one of my big insecurities. Especially when I wanna wear somthing cute and summery like a bikini. It also had made be so self conscious when getting physical with another person because of the texture. The last week or so iv just been telling my body how much I love my smooth soft skin, especially in the shower and I kid you not iv seen the biggest improvement.
