My Experience With depression (please reach out)

Everybody has problems, everybody has struggle. My heart goes out to anybody dealing with depression or any kind of mental health issues. We all have what it takes to overcome them. We are defined by more than our mental health. Once we find our strength, I promise it’ll get better, and it may take a while, but the ultimate goal is to find our strength through our struggles.
