I've been told to do this exercise - I have jaw tightness and snapping hips. Can this exercise alone fix these problems say after 1 month of doing them?

@@commentality3263 I'm in the process of healing and I'm soon to be fitted for an acrylic splint to help me sense the left molars in my mouth so I can feel my jaw. I use temporary molars or a popsicle stick to emulate it with some exercises until then.
