    wait, i try this, but i cant put my front leg in a parale line with the line where i put my ankles, the right one its like 20° and the left one is like 10 or less, its strange, i also have been dealing with pain in the but, could be my pelvis? seems to be that there its something off, if put both legs in paralel with the line, i dont feel the strech so much, but iif i folow you there is a hell of diferent, thanks.
