With a Passenger, the experiment was pretty much nullified.
Definitely get a tune, u will not regret it. I made 170whp with bolt on and got 202whp with just I/H/E. I would suggest to plan what u want to do with ur car, motor wise like RBC, throttle body, etc and then get a tune so u only need to tune it once. Unless ur plan is just I/H/E, then get the tune asap soon lol

I recently had my type S tuned and added a header and 2.5 mandrel exhaust with a resonator and straight through exhaust. I picked up 37hp and 39ft lbs torque. Car is pushing 220 wheel hp now. I beat a Tesla on the freeway to 120mph. Also destroyed a 2019 Civic SI, don't know if he was stock.
No way the Tesla was full pedal. I have a 21 m3, recently started modding my stock 02 typeS as I just sold my FBO 03 typeS that was pushing nearly 230. My Tesla will smoke either of my typeS , well I guess would’ve , since I don’t have the 03 anymore.
@@D.c5- my dad was driving. From a dig I don't stand a chance, but this was a 60-120 on the highway. I've got no reason to lie. It's a 2019 Model 3. They only put down around 180whp, and I walked him. I'm putting down 224whp. I'm running a k24a and Z1 head, cai, rbc, rh and full 2.5"decat on 91 octane

The tuned is definitely making more horses and torque. Everyone knows the K series responds well to a tune and unleash potential.

Yea the flash really gives it power mine is a type s with full 3 inche exhaust skunk header greddy tic muffler short ram intake type r cams stage 3 clutch 10lb flywheel made 228 hp on dyno with the Hondata stage 3 flash and my buddies Rsx with k pro and rbc intake manifold made 233 so I think reflash Is pretty good if you’re not doing any further modifications

Kpro if you're planning to do literally ANYTHING else to your car (which you probably will). Save your $ and do it the first time.
@@RoyTheBoy_yt I know on k series you can buy the reflash and eventually pay to upgrade to kpro for cheaper so it's not really wasting money. I started with the reflash and sent it back to have it upgraded to the v4. Costed me the same

Not trynna be a smartass or anything but I think the tuned guy was just the better driver in this video. With the similar type of mods you both had you should have at least been no more than half a car or a cars length behind him at most. Saying this from my own experience and what I've seen in person too.
Bra-BA-Ba-Baaa. Its honestly similar to my stock set up + Skunk2 megapower r, deep loud. Sounds nice, looks better.

To begin with, the years are different. 02-04 vs 05-06 which is 10hp different stock.
They are both pre facelift i just have my front end converted

Cwest rep. I dont know exactly how kpro works. John has the reflash only. I think with the quarentine hondata has been delaying orders too so youd have to look it up
You send your ecu and they add a kpro chip so you can tune the ecu. It is confusing
If you have a 05-06 rsx get Ktuner. If you have 02-04 rsx get kpro. Just Google a dealer and they'll clear things up for you.

Dude I’m telling you go kpro and take it to a tuner. Do a rematch and I guarantee you’ll smack him. You won’t regret especially if your gunna do more bolt ons you’ll eventually spend more money on reflashes
