@SparkPlugnl-no, it's a POG pedal. Polyphonic Octave Generator. It's basically a whammy pedal except for the fact that you can have multiple octaves going through at a time while keeping your original dry signal going through as well.
I don't know how I missed that Chickenfoot music but "I need a job" and "somethings going wrong" those two songs bit me on my ass.they brought tears to my eyes and gave me "chicken skin"(chills).ain't that a "sum bitch" alright alright alright.
The first drum-beats of Chad are like beats of a fading heart. But when the video first started I stumbled astonished at exactly what Joe says at 3:50 ''Its a progression to navegate through and he came up with something beautiful'' I agree 110% I've never seen a rock/metal bass player that puts so much effort to complete the melody beyond just being an integral part of the song; It builds up the feeling even more so Sam is right, it is somesort of soul song. This song is almost perfect.
The choirs and Joe's gitar progression at 7:39 adds some open prairie feeling of ''The Big Country'' which matches Sammy's understandable vast yet somehow greedy love for his wife.
