i think its time to give you one of the best covers for The Sound Of Silence . why do i think that, David Draiman put his heart and soul into singing this song. some people mite not like this but i think this is a better cover then pentatonix's and enjoy this song too

The Genesis song was done in the 80's when war was a real threat. I wouldn't ask you to react to it, but the original video is worth watching.

Disturbed knocked this out of the park! One of the few covers to outshine the original. For the record the original is a really good song.
When you mentioned the shark cartoon, I immediately got the characters in my head. If it's the same one I'm thinking of, it's called Street Sharks.
Susie said she never heard this song but during the 1st chorus after Daive says "this is the world we live in" and before "and these are the hand we're given"she mouths what David does no way she would have known that came there

The Genesis version is more lighthearted than this one and features puppets telling the story.

I loved the Genesis version but this is dope! I think it's actually more relevant today than when Genesis did it. The animation style reminds me of Avatar the last airbender.

Overall I think it's a great cover and a great video. My only gripe is that they kind of strip the tone out of the melody.
