If you want to get the best sound out of the Tod10n just do what I do... hold the guitar whilst listening to Tim play. It's got an incredible sound; unmatched in my opinion.
This is actually such a great arrangement, the little finger snap and the guitar body tapping is amazing, I love the sliding sounds behind the nylon strings, as a classical guitar player I can never really get that kind of sound so I'm definitely going to be picking up either the FRH10N or the TOD10N, I hope you put it on some form of Music Streaming platform cos I'll 100% be listening to this on the daily, keep up the good work, a true idol ❤🔥

This video finally answered my question I commented from another video regarding the tone difference, and the demo sounds sick🔥🔥
This is totally my personal point of view.
The FRH has a mellow sound that is very true to the classical guitar, while the TOD, by comparison, has a buzzing sound that scrapes the ground and has a flashy tone.
@@phezant_official isn`t that because of Tim`s Neural DSP plugin? A lot of people use that from what I see when they get the guitar. The build is the same, sure different pickups but the Tod in this example sounds compressed and slight distorted, surely that is not how it would sound unplugged or trough a clean channel amp...sounds differently when different people test it.

have you played the cordoba stage at all? if so, how does it sound/play compared to the ibanez frh or tod and what did you prefer over the cordoba?

I don't remember the setup at the time anymore, but I can tell you that at least for my part, I used BIAS.

It probably shouldn't change. Take a look at the official standards
no the only difference between them is tod10 has better electronics and a fret inlay. and black paint ofc

depends on your opinion, it doesn't matter 🎉
for me I prefer TOD10N because it less bass/low tone, make it so unique compare to acoustic as usual

@@kristofferjohnson5789the Tod10n has fishman pick-ups and the electronics/with tuner. I think it's worth the extra money especially with the inlay and color
