Thank you for sharing this lounge session in the Beatles playlist 👍😃 It's a wonderful place for a revisit 👌😊 From A Hard Day's Night to Yesterday one gem after the other 👌👌👌👌👌 A wonderful time is spent here ❤️🎹
Since this coming Friday June 18th is McCartney’s birthday, I’m listening to this fantastic lounge series of the Beatles by the one and only amazing pianist who plays the Beatles songs with superb renditions. Love “Norwegian Woods” and the first song. Hope the people there appreciate your music as much as we do. You always look beautiful. Love this awesome series. Thank you Sangah. 👏👏❤️
Wonderful Eliya, I found it too. The Beatles are my favourites and this session is just heaven for me. 5 years old? Maybe that is why it was so hard to find.
@@richardfehlmann4593 Yay! I’m glad you found it! Yep, so many of Sangah’s older videos are just so great...I love them ☺️. It’s like finding a $20 bill in the pocket of the britches you wore last week 😄
I really enjoy seeing a slightly younger Sangah doing what you do best....I don't know how you manage to stay looking like a 23 year old even today in 2021...obviously you are young at heart and have a natural beauty that glows no matter the age....I know my age has certainly caught up with me and I look the part....LOL
Watched this today 6-9-2021, and it was still GREAT!!!! Sangah you play everything I have heard fantastically. I so love your talents and your style. Love John

Wow..I love the Beatles, and so too, how you interpreted their classics in different musical genres. You are brilliant and gifted pianist Ms. Sangah.👍🤗
Yes, because it was close to the original recording. When all is said and done, I think most people would prefer hearing a nice melody with appropriate harmony as opposed to obscure chord substitutions and alternate scales.
This is so great. The places you play are SO lucky to have you....I hope they know! I'd give anything to go hear you play. It's just fascinating! That's why I'm up still listening at 2:40 am in the morning. This is the last one. Good night, Sangah.
It was difficult for me to find this session again which I well remember from the beginning when I discovered Sangah Noona. Maybe because it has no episode number since it is older than the lounge series. Anyway, this is just heaven for me, to listen to these great piano versions of the songs that I loved all through my life. The conversations of the guest my mind just blocks 😄👍👌 It's wonderful!
It brings me so much joy to see a fellow artist in their element like this♥️ especially after that woman complimented you at the end, that feeling is amazing.
A beleza e um conjunto de detalhes em harmonia. Apresentação de rara competencia ,suave ,forte ,com uma postura de extrema seguranca ,e profissionalismo comprovado .
Thank you for bringing back the wonderful Beatles' music playing so well. You´re an extraordinary talent. I wish you the best. I have the impression that you have a lot of fun when you play. Am I right?
Simply amazing, your talent. Where do I begin?? Your dynamics and tempos are perfectly applied...every part of each song conveys the mood well and allows the listener to get lost in the journey. Your motor skills are like a finely tuned Swiss clock, and your brain always applies just the right amount of creativity to each phrase and measure. Love your use of triplets! What I really enjoyed was how you "change up" things to make it impossible to predict what you are going to do next. Sometimes, when I think I know what you'll play next since I am familiar with the song, you always surprise me with something new that the original artist did not play, and right when I think that you've changed the arrangement, BAM...you play the exact same notes that the original contained!! I love it!!! Many cover artists play different things because they do not hear or are not capable of playing the original notes, but you intentionally change things up to keep it fresh, and it's always a good balance between the original and your own flavor. It's just plain exciting to listen to your work. It's never boring or mundane but always just the right amount of musical teasing to try and guess what you will play when. I also love how your rhythms will change within the same song to better accentuate the mood changes of the song. I think I even heard multiple genres used within the same song, but never excessively so. And lastly, your transitions from one song to the next were so smooth. I spend most of my RUclips time researching political and truth related topics and technical stuff, but as a bassist, I will click on musical videos now and then. I spent a few hours watching your work this evening and couldn't seem to get away. I thank God each time I hear this type of talent. I pray that you will continue making people happy and that you are richly blessed in many ways, Sangah!
WOW WOW WOW!!!! You are the best commenter ever!! Thank you for your awesome compliments! You truly encouraged me and made my day! Thank you thank you thank you!!
I am a truth seeker, Sangah...not one to pay lip service. If I hear something good, I describe it. I took only two years of piano lessons in 2nd grade, and hardly ever "did my homework" (practiced). I played trombone from 3rd grade on into college. I sang most of my life...(not nearly as nice of a voice as yours!)... took two folk guitar lessons in 8th grade, and decided that I knew enough of the basics to self teach myself...I know, I probably learned a lot of bad habits, but that's what musical DNA is all about right? (bad habits) Everyone cannot be as gifted as the top performers, such as you, or even gifted minimally, to be fair. I started playing electric bass in college, and that is my instrument of choice. When you only have 5 or 6 strings, you have to be creative to make them tell a story. I have the creative part of playing down, but I lack some of the more advanced skills such as slapping, so you can tell that I've limited myself...it's basic laziness on my part, but the beauty of playing with bands is that you can get a good ear for what "fits", which is why I can tell that you have learned some awesome disciplines in your life of playing. One of the things I enjoy is how easy you make it sound to be able to play different rhythms with each hand at the same time. That is a real indication of discipline. I think it would be fun to conduct an experiment to see what you could do on a set of drums. I'd like to take a dozen expert pianists, and give them each a set of drum sticks (none of them having ever played the drums) and see what types of characteristics they portrayed and how it resembled their piano characteristics. Then again, I'd be perfectly satisfied to just listen to you play non-stop the rest of our time on Earth. Oh, and one more thing, Sangah, I especially love not only your smooth triplets, but also how one of your hands will switch 3/4 time while the other stays in 4/4. I don't know if I'm describing it correctly, but you know what I mean. And, it sounds so smooth since your timing is impeccable in both hands, even when they're playing different time signatures. I think that in heaven, I would want to take piano lessons...I've heard that they aren't as difficult there! Ha! ;P So, tell me, if you could only play notation or by ear, which would you choose, and why? I know you'll have a good answer to that question. Later, Sangah!
Thanks again for your amazing compliments! From your question, if I could only play notation or by ear? Well... been playing piano for 30 years now, and as professionally perform for about 15 years, I wouldn't chose the place if I have to chose only one. ;)
Loud crowd, kinda like CHUCKY CHEEZE with a 7 year olds birthday party going on. Almost need to "Mic the Piano" lol If I was there, I'd be listening to the 1st class entertainment.

Hi, thank you for your comments! When I was in college, many my professors were from Berklee College of Music, and they brought some theory books from there. By the way, I wasn't a good student, you know what I mean...;) I think my music comes from understanding of basic classical music theory (for UNIV level) and JUST II-V-I. Hope this inspires you a bit more!
