Dance With Your Spirit. Every time I close my eyes during this music, the visuals come pouring in of the Spirit dancing a beautiful flowing dance of energy and light. Mudras flying through the air, and they too leave trails of energy and light, drawing you into a balanced healing state of consciousness and existence.
Do whatever you please during this; Meditation, Yoga, Reiki, Dance, Sleep, Mudras, Tai Chi. Feel the healing frequencies, allow your mind to open and let you see what this will show you personally. You can watch the visuals if you like, but try both ways, with the visuals, with your eyes closed. You will find what works best for you, let it happen.

This piece came to be during the first rainstorm of the monsoon season here in the dry southwest desert mountains. It has been many, many months since it rained in this desert. The cleansing of the monsoon rains poured through everything around me, and it cleared the dust and ash left from the long cold Winter, and the windy Spring. The smoke from wildfires started to subside, and the fires started losing their strength. This came from those moments.
