How can we protect our energy from them?
I've noticed when someone is present and/or takes a few minutes a day to meditate or introspect, that person can feel if something is different or off. Of course, that can be for multiple reasons but if you feel drained somehow or very tired it can be because there are energy openings in your aura. There's no need to worry, everyone has them (at least from time to time) and I find that the best thing to do for this, for protection and many other things is daily energy clearing.
There is some guys try to access in my present. They do something weird to get my attention. They try to feed them by my attention = energy
