I think the hairstyle is a 7 thing. If u fit the right hairstyle to ur face shape it really gives a lot of attractiveness. For example i used to have short hair which i comped upside, but when i changed it to typical messy hair it really improved my looks. Even girls noticed :0000

You're using a blanket statement to describe blackpillers, and it's extremely annoying to see this generalization appear over and over again on Hamza's channel.
You see a few people who are "blackpilled" and comment doomer stuff on RUclips videos, and immediately assume that all blackpillers are doomers. The "blackpillers" who hate that quote and comment unencouraging things are doomers first, then blackpillers.
I, as an extremely extremely blackpilled guy, find hamza's more "redpilled" content extremely educational and helpful. Not only that, I am blackpilled and still strive to improve myself each and every day. In fact, most of my blackpilled friends are also trying to improve themselves. They don't just sit around and rot all day like "Jeffrey" does in Hamza's videos.
Just because you're blackpilled doesn't mean that you have completely given up. Again, that is called a doomer, not a blackpiller. To be blackpilled simply means you see the world and the truth for what it is, with no silly sugar coating. I know that my genetics are my starting and ending point on this world. At the same time, I know that I am nowhere near my genetic limit (nor are most men on earth), which is why I continue to improve myself.
Probably gonna get a ton of hate for this comment since Hamza's comment sections are just an echochamber when it comes to the blackpill, but hope some people can understand.

I'm glad he said that, but the things that can't be changed still matter a lot. The blackpill is all about that, not about habits. A person who understands the blackpill does not tell others to give up just because the are overweight. He understands that if the things he has no control over in his body (like bone structure, height, skin etc.) are too unattractive, no amount of working out/dieting will make up for them. @@pineappleflow2876 Dude, the problem is that these things that the black pill talks about don’t matter nearly as much as you think. Of course they matter, but they matter a lot more in theory then they do in actually practice. I’m 5 ft 1 and by your logic I shouldn’t be able to hook up with beautiful women. But I have. And I’ve even beat out guys who were much taller than me. If you take two peoples height and only focused on that, then yes, the taller person would be considered ore desireable. But when you take actual people in real life situations, there’s SO MUCH that goes into attraction that just pointing out one or two things like that is minuscule. Trust me, I should have everything going against me, but I don’t. I have well above average results. And I’m not even close to my potential yet. I could dress better, I could go to the gym more, etc.
Black pill says that because you look like this or that, your success will be this or that. It’s bullshit. You can’t break down attraction like that. I know because I experience this shit in the real world. Like 99% of attraction is your behavior.

On the flipside the people who are unattractive or run down mostly exhibit unhealthy mannerisms, negative thought processes, and tend to fill the room with a toxic sludge like feeling. I wonder if that's why the Zen Buddhists emphasized quality of thought along with the Samurai and other Greek philosophers around the world because the quality of your character seeps outward unto the physical self and provides some reflection to who or what you are as a person.
This might be some overanalyzed philosophical nonsense but given what I have witnessed and how I view my own authentic self constantly reflect positively, I think this has merit to it and is important to moderate. Moderate the quality of your thoughts, your spirit, your soul, and never give into despair lest you fall to your lowest instincts for a man who has not erred in his life or admitted to such a thing is dangerous not only to those around him but to himself.
Stay safe kings and say I love you more often, especially to the tiny god within your own self.

I want to say that everything what he said about mouth and nose breathing is true. My friend broke my nose when i was somewhere 12 or 13. And for some time i had to breath through my mouth until doctors fixed it. And i found mouth breathing much easier and i continued breathing through my nose even after it was fixed. When i was somewhere around 18 i would realize that i am walking with my mouth open a little bit. I didnt breathe thru my nose at all at that time. Then i found a research that talks about breathing. Breathing through mouth gives you air full of these bad things that your nose should stop from coming to your lungs. It also makes u develop skin bags under your chin, and your eyes wont be wide open. So i decided to fully focus on my breathing thru my nose. It was really hard at first, but after like 20 days of nosal breathing i started to see small changes and after 2 months skin bags under my chin almost fully disappeared. So to everyone out there, please breath thru your nose, dont make mistakes i made. And thank you hamza for these videos you are making, they changed my life.

Dunno but I get acne super bad and quick. when messaging I only use the tips of my fingers and kinda rotate sofly against my cheekbones first then gently pulling my skin away from the center of my face on my cheeks, below my eyes (where bags would be if you're really tired) going from the sides of your nose to the ends of your face and lastly massage and pull all around on the forehead but while doing all this relax your face nothing should be tense. Massaging your face gives blood circulation to your skin and I always find myself looking a little better then before after doing this it really seems to make a big difference and when I made my brother do this stuff it worked for him. If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I'll answer to the best of my ability

Honestly, just my opinion, but for facial attractiveness, a "smaller" face is better because your features look more prominent, hair looks more dense, etc. I was caught in the trap of having a big jawline = attractive when I first started self-improvement, and I think it was a mistake. The key is to have a sharp jawline, chiseled one.
For certain people, you may need a slightly bigger jaw, but for most, I think just cutting down will give you a better face.

I'm improving my facial features and I'm seeing excellent results. most skull bones and joint are not united but separated which leave you spaces to grow more bones through those gaps and enlarge or wide up your face depending on the kind of facial excersises you're doing. eating healthy aso helps you to reduce fat around your cheeks which give a better appearance to you face. this is scientific stuff.

Beardwork is rather easy: microneedling once a week and Minoxidil can get many of your beard hairs out and get yourself pretty solid results. HOWEVER, Hamza is right that you do need to take on a more masculine lifestyle/mindset, as even if you get a full beardworth of hairs, without proper hormonal conditions, many will remain bleached and almost transparent.

@@fabooshka I'm also acne prone and I used minoxidil to grow a beard. For the first two or three months I seemed to get a few breakouts, but then I think my skin got used to the minoxidil and it didn't make a difference anymore. Also easy to fix with a basic anti-acne cream.
Microneedling was actually very beneficial in removing my facial blemishes though, and my skin actually looks better now than before I started with the minoxidil. Regular microneedling puts facial skin in a constant state of heightened collagen production, which gets rid of any blemishes, marks, or wrinkles.

Hair is also super important. And so is your skin care. You probably dont want someone with droopy eyes, pimples, super white skin etc.

  • @JK7kaye
    @JK7kaye 2 года назад +9

I think its great, the only things I think you missed was hair style and skin care.
Having shit skin will make you look more ugly. Taking care of your skin through daily cleansing and moisturising as well as some exfoliating will help. If anyone is unsure how I would recommend watching a bunch of videos by guys like Hyram who know a lot about skin care products.
Hairstyle matters a lot too but they are crucial for round faced people like myself who have pretty weak jaws and a face length that doesn't exceed the width too much. For those people like myself you pretty much have just one hairstyle that will complement your face which kinda sucks but it is what it is. Go for a hairstyle that will add length to your face (so volume on the top) and sides that are short so you don't add to the width but not too short. You don't want it too short because you can still use that hiar on the side to help shape your face by having narrowing effect as the hair goes down your skull like an upside down triangle almost.
Both of those will help and when you combine that with the active lifestyle, the good diet and the beard you've essentially maximised what you've got.

I agree with everything except for the neck part. I have a small head and having a wide neck actually makes me look weird. For the neck more important is the proportion than the size.

    • @cheekibreeki2701
      @cheekibreeki2701 2 года назад +51

I think the advice is more aimed at skinny guys with a neck that is out of proportion because it is too small, which is more common for young guys than the oversized meathead neck.

I think taking care of your face skin by having a skin care routine or whatever, can actually also help a lot.
For example if u have a dry skin and not moisturizing it or having acne on your face and doing nothing about it. It gives you automatically a vibe of "this man does not take care of himself".

  • @yoshiebirdly1671

    Low body fat
Tongue posture (breathing from your nose)
Head posture (make a double chin for a few seconds by pulling your head back - if you do that for long, you'll change your head posture in a more straight way)
Neck (lift light weights, putting them uppon neck - be careful)
Face exercises (chew harder foods/ chew gum)
Beard (simply activate your masculine genes through work)
Do the hard job, especially when you don't feel like it - it's more rewarding.
    Have a nice day 😍

Braces, good haircut, skincare and a good hair loss regime if you're balding are also very important. Also if you can't grow a beard it's worth looking into minoxidil and maybe microneedling. And some things you can change with surgery if you're willing to take the risk and financial burden of it
