How do you add text onto it especially if you want it to appear in multiple pages of the same document

To add the text to it.
Just double click on the document once you are done with the instructions from the tutorial to get access to the blinking cursor
Or right click any part in the document and chose send behind text from the pop up window that appears.
You are good to go.😊
Now how to get it on multiple pages.
Follow these steps:
Instead of going the normal way as you saw from the video instruction just
1. Go to the insert tab and choose header
2. Once you click on header a pop up will appear. Choose edit header
3. From the ribbons menu. Chose pictures to now insert the letterhead you created
4. Follow the instructions from the video to complete the insertion
5. When done choose the design tab and click on close header and footer
6. That’s it. 😊
You create as many pages as you want and still have the letterhead there.

Now how do you copy and paste text on it fom other sources? You are inserting picture in the word document not the other way around

How to take a letterhead from a letter with txt🤔
For Multi Pages Insert,
open ms word, then open file (new or existing ) open the "Design" menu > Click on "Watermark" > Click on "Custom Watermark" option > Choose "Picture watermark" option >then tap on "select picture" option > Choose picture "From a file" > Double tap your desire picture > unmark "washout" option > on scale tab change it from "Auto" to "100%" > Then click on "Apply" button > then tap "Close" button.
NOTE: Colors might seem a bit dim/light but they will be dark again when the file is saved in pdf.

first, let me apologize for not replying to your message earlier.
In order to start typing, just click anywhere outside the document and not on your newly placed letterhead and you will be good to go.

Go to the Insert Tab
Chose header and footer
Now insert it in the header and do the necessary adjustment to it.
