I made a playlist from yr PT vids and watched all now. BTW I seem to remember you having a ES2 sampler - did you trade that for a PT? Which would you say is better 'overall' as a sampler tool? Bcoz right now my ES2 isnt getting much love...
@@squishmusic I never owned the sampler, only the synth e2. I got rid of it. I own an emx1 which I prefer. I bought the PT when someone who pre-ordered didn't find themselves using it. I lucked out! It's a great gear, limitations, but I like being able to use the tracker sequencing as an option to my deluge. My main gear is deluge and plan to show how I can use both together. I plan to show recording line in as well.
@@RonCavagnaro Perhaps a video with the latest updates. I think theyre working on something for next month too....yeah the 8tracks is limiting to me, coming from having 16-32 midi track sequencers :D
Ron Cavagnaro, you help me a lot with your videos. With electribe 2, you can learn and little by little I add my own technique. I do not speak English. I use a translator to write this. even hearing his accent and clear voice makes me understand almost everything he says. I send you a big greeting from Argentina. Thank you.
Your two PT vids are helping me come up with ideas as I wait for mine to come in the mail. Good stuff, you've got a great teaching style. And thanks for taking the time to edit in the close ups!
Splendid! ...and then along came 12:50 - wow! That is a gr8 source of inspiration. Im already in my mind taking that 'glicthed-up-madness' and taking the audio out as a sample and then feed it back in a sample slot and mangle with the granular/wavetable parameters. How cool would that be! Might use that as a way to remix my own tracks! =) So its goodbye ES2 and hello PT for me
A little late to the party so my apologies there, but have to say I have enjoyed your videos so far. Ended up getting a Tracker for that fill feature alone. So useful for inspiration. I use it to set up bass lines and let that be the source of my inspiration. Definitely gives me good starting points. Also like to use fill on the volume effect for closed hi-hats to give a little more human sounding beats.
Thanks! This video I've had a few negative comments actually saying the random glitch "was my music and sounded bad"... Yet I was just showing a function of the tracker... Anyways thanks for the support I want to make more of these
@@RonCavagnaro I know exactly what you mean , I expect it will increase the bigger your audience becomes lol.. I had a quick question hopefully you can answer, is it possible to audition a section of a track? Example say you highlight section 17-24 . Is there a way to just audition that section of the track? Thanks in advance
@@RonCavagnaro thanks this machine is so easy to use, I had the deluge watched so many vids but had trouble remembering everything. I even printed the manual 328 pages. For a machine with no screen , crazy. Anyway PT rocks no regrets .
@@RonCavagnaro Thx. I hope youll find some more time on the Tracker. 1.4 update was major update so it would be great to hear your take on it. Cheers 👍🏻
Really good tutorial, Ron! Question : I place a note on the start of a 128 steps track, is it possible to drone a track? So, without retriggering the note but continue to hear it?

Thank you! For beginners why is it so hard to find videos that start at the actual beginning. This is what I needed ❤❤
Your videos on the Tracker have been very helpful to me. Thank you.
Thanks I plan to make more with tracker. Been busy though!

Thanks for making sense of song mode 👍 It was confusing at first but now I see what’s going on.

Best Polyend Tracker Tutorial !:-) Merci.
Nice random examples. Thanks.
Ron, how does this command or arrange compositions like HAPAX or Pyramid? It seems the Tracker can do this into modular, but I am still not sure.

I’ve really enjoyed watching your 2 tutorial videos! Watched several times so far 🤓 My tracker is still on backorder but I’m hoping it ships today!
I should make more! I still have to spend more time with it!

Thanks, it is really helpful
Great video, very helpful! Silly question: what's that little screen to the left with the digital companion there?
Thank you Ron ❤️
Super tutorial! merci!
at 1:40 all8 tracks are fit in the screen and there is no FX info. Now did you do that?
